For the 3rd time I’ve experienced discriminatory behavior at this establishment. Today it was a manager by the name of Katie and her accompanying staff. I frequent this location because it’s close to home. I couldn’t understand how I was unable to purchase from the lobby (grab n go) after being able to yesterday. So I politely walked around to the drive window (after the car left) a few feet behind a vehicle to ask the question pertaining to service. The window was slammed in my face. So I stood there in visibility of the staff as they laughed. Once I knocked on the window to gain understanding of the service. They laughed and joked even more. Katie finally came to the window and I made sure to record her unprofessional behavior on my phone which caused her to slam her window on me a 2nd time. I frequent STARBUCKS state to state for over 15 years. And this is by far the only establishment that’s harsh, unprofessional, and unwelcoming and I now see it comes from management. Read moreOnly reason why it got so many stars is because it's a Starbucks and the nice lady that was outside redirected me to the drive thru. Came to pick up my order and the staff saw me waiting at the pick up window and kept cleaning like there was nobody there. Staff looked multiple times and still continued like nobody was there! I don't know what kind of training they received but they need to go back. It was a female Caucasian lady with a pony tail who initially saw me and then a male Asian with what appeared to be a crew cut. I had to call the store and tell staff I was here to pick up my order. An Asian male with blond highlights came to the window and was questioned on why that had occurred. He stated "its standard to stop by the ordering box to state you are here for pick up." I then stated "do you have signs that we are suppose to stop by the order box, who's going to know to do that if you ordered online and you don't have signs?" He replied "it's just standard to do so." (I don't work for Starbucks so I don't know what your SOPs are.) So hopefully they put up signs and get retrained on better...

This individual is absolutely a ray of sunshine and a wonderful employee. I had a really tough day at work and I just needed something sweet… And I was in a weird mood for something Apple and Chai. My first idea was to get a chai tea with apple juice. Jason overheard my request and came up with this amazing concoction that just made my day. It was a chai latte with almond milk, and a pump of some sort of apple spice, topped with pumpkin cold foam. The combination is autumn festivities in your mouth. The energy from all the employees that work at this Starbucks reserve is out of this world. Probably one of the best experiences I have had at a Starbucks… And I have been to MANY.
