This place is disgusting! I ordered the new Real Rib Sandwich in the drive thru. There was a car in front of me that sat waiting on her order and never moved. I called the number onthe website (several times) and it was disconnected! I then got out of my car and went inside. The woman standing there was rude and not helpful at all and looked as though she was on a bing of eating everything in sight! .The cook looked as though he hadn't had a bath in a month of Sundays. Another man came from behind the cooking line and asked how he could help me. He took my money and I then went back to my car that was behind the car that was still sitting there. Not only was the whole ordeal rediculous, I got back to work and the two sanwiches I had bought (that was nearly $15) and they were overcooked , dry and the onion rings on the sandwich was burned. I had bought two so I could give a friend the second sandwich because I had one over the weekend at the Sulphur Springs Tx store. Sulhur Springs' was absolutely deliciuos! Read moreMy wife purchased me a Market Fresh Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich combo for my dinner as she passed through Paris. We live 28 miles out from the resturant. Glad she is safe and off the road and settled into my evening chair to enjoy my “Market Fresh” sandwich. I am adding several photos of my fine dining meal. Included is the picture of the sandwich as advertised on their official web site. There are several photos of my sandwich as sold to my wife. Now I eat the thing and deal with it or drive 56 miles round trip to replace it. Oh, one other thing, I called their number on web site and the call would not go through. I will be contacting corporate about this obvious opportunity for re-training from the manager down. The worst part of this is that this level of service has become accepted. Well when I park in your drive thru while I go through my sack to see if you did your job be patient. By the way fill the sack with condiments and napkins while we pay $10.00 for a sandwich and get served like this. Fed up of not being fed proper food...

I wanted to go to the manager and address the issue. But phone calls simply wouldn't go through. Whoever is working the drive through should absolutely in no way ever be customer facing. Here is the interaction we had.
I pull up and start of the conversation is "what can I get you"? My response. "Yes can I get a Greek gyro combo"? His response. "What size what to drink"? My response. "Medium, and diet coke please". My response. "Can I get a chicken gyro"?... my mistake, His response. Do you see that on the menu, we don't have chicken gyros here" in an aggressive undertone. I then cancel my order and tell him "don't worry about the order you need to learn how to speak to peopl". He simply says "k"
