I have gone into some McDonald's in my time this is the second one where I I think it's just appalling I think it's bad I think it's and this was ridiculous that the people don't speak or understand English well enough to take an order now I ordered a cup of ice I ordered a small cup of ice and then I said a cup of ice yes just a cup of ice now when I got to the front you usually have a complimentary cup of ice for free alarm like a cup of water but at this time they gave me a large cup what you did not order and insisted on $0.55 which I was like we'll just take the ice and put it in the cup and this manager at 9 in the morning looking all pretty and cute and very polite told me but because they did not understand what I was ordering I had to go ahead and pay for a cup of ice and then when I said you have to give me the cup from the bottom because my my hands don't work she look perplexed for about 5 minutes now I don't like holding up lines but this was another case of bad service not understanding what is being communicated to you and playing ridiculous who calls and orders a big cup like that for $0.55 unless you're going to order a drink and I do believe she try her best to get me to buy which I just went ahead and got the cup of ice but I am upset because she tried to tell me that you don't have small complimentary cups where you pass out water and this was on Beach Park Avenue this is the second time I'm gone into a McDonald's where it just was how hard could it be at another time I went to a McDonald's I ordered your sweet peach slush the girl kept saying sweet tea I said sweet peach slush now I understand when you don't know what you got but I thought your panel had sweet peach slush or it has slush list I argued with the girl on Sheridan I'm grand for about 5 minutes and then they proceeded to get an attitude because I said to her which is true you should know what you have I said sweet peach slush then she said to me but you pay for the tea but I ordered the slush then she held on to my card and proceeded to tell me she didn't have to take my order while holding onto my card like I was going to drive off and leave the card with her please make sure that they speak English well and they understand because it wasn't my fault I said sweet sweet peach slush that's how you advertise it you need to do something about these two McDonald's I don't have anything against anybody working I'm all for a miracle-working I work since I was 15 got my first job made my money became a truck driver I understand about working if you don't work you don't have a place to stay but you need to be able to speak English Oh and I don't anyone anyone at the order window in trouble but it was the pickup window that I had the argument I am glad that you have McDonald managers and that this one intervene I might have to stop going to McDonalds because the people working there don't understand...
Read moreI typically stop here at about 9:45pm after I get out of my night classes and the food is surprisingly always hot and fresh! So much so that I’ll go out of my way to stop at this particular McDonald’s. Unfortunately their ice cream machine has been broken for at least 3 weeks. First time the girl at the window handed me a cup of soup ice cream. I asked for a replacement thinking it just melted because they got the ice cream ready too early. She informed me that their machine is broken and asked if I would like something in exchange. So I asked for a small fry and she upgraded me to a medium fry! But sadly then next time I visited this location the following week and the machine was still broken, but was not treated with the same customer service as the first time. I wondered then how the ordered appeared on her screen? She looked confused and still asked for a payment method. I asked a manager how that's possible if the order came through. Manager was yelling for no reason. I was concern that I would get double charged. I should have listened to my gut feeling because I was charged twice. $28 dollar transactions twice!
