Burger King — Restaurant in Waukegan

When I went to Burger King I had made an order and I didn't feel that the cheddar tots that I ordered were hot I went in and I was very hot myself because I went through the drive-thru because I didn't feel well I come inside I requested they make a tots hot gentleman immediately throw them in the garbage and request for another batch to be fixed the manager entered into the situation he's out in the lobby dealing with customers checking his Lobby I guess and he greets me and asked could he take my order excellent him that I just came through his drive-thru and I wasn't very happy with the tots and I got he immediately apologized his name is Jeremy very nice young man he asked if the rest of my order was satisfactory I told him that I just didn't feel like dealing with it that it's fine I'm sure just to assure himself that I received the service he ordered two more of the sandwiches for me made fresh my tots were made fresh I'd like to come back in for a meal at a later date course on him and he made me feel like I'm matter. He was very active and making sure orders were going out while I stood there waiting for my food he was very adamant about the drive-through moving continually at the same time he made sure that everyone in the lobby was taken care of that everyone at the register was taken care of and his attitude never changed at all he was pleasant the whole time even under the stress he won my business by his attitude about what is expected when you enter his restaurant I felt like he treated it as if it belonged to him and every customer mattered Jeremy I...

I’m the only car in the drive thru, there’s no one behind me and no one in front of me. I order a whopper, no cheese add bacon, nothing else.

Pull up to the window, pay my balance and immediately get told to pull up to the end of the driveway and my food will be brought out to me.. again no one behind me or in front of me, and the entire order consisted for 1 whopper and I get curbed for it

30 seconds after I pull to the edge of the drive thru passage they come out and give me my whopper… no napkins of course, the whole idea of me pulling up is unnecessary and I know why they’re doing it

I hope corporate sees this review and sends a few mystery shoppers to see the scam of this restaurant cheating the drive...

Whoever the girl was at the window in drive thru between 11:00PM -11:20PM 4/28/23. ... she gives the worst service ever! My bro was just trying to convert his meal into a combo and this was before he paid or before getting the food. She kept telling my brother she couldn't do it. He's worked in food service and yes you can. Her excuse? " the food Is already made". Wasting time just trying to switch to a meal. She could've served a cup of a drink and just adjusted the order.
