Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Parker

I stopped by on 8/6/19 about 3:40PM for an ice cream cone. The young gal was helping a couple in front of me, making a malt drink. I waited for about 10 minutes and in the meantime another customer came in after me. She finished with the couple, took their payment and proceeded to clean the dishes she had used. There was no greeting when I walked into the store, no 'I'll be with you in a moment', or no 'sorry for the wait, how can I help you'. She just looked at me AFTER cleaning the dishes. I asked for a single scoop pralines and cream on a sugar cone. For $3.01 (including tax), the very small scoop was not worth it. My family has been trying out all different ice cream shops this summer and for almost the same price, our single scoops have been very generous, tastier and service has been outstanding. I paid for my cone and as I was leaving I heard her tell the next customer 'thank you for waiting'. Perhaps these young kids need to be trained on how to serve ALL their customers in a more inviting way and maybe management should pay attention to how small the scoops really are. I can buy a pint of Baskin Robbins ice cream in the store for less than what I paid for the tiny one scooper I...

Wow. How unfortunate. Owners need to either come straighten this store up or sell it... or BR needs to come fix it. Besides the ice cream being bland/stale, from what i assume, being either freezer burn or just being old, the store is disgusting. I mean, it needs to be shut down for a day or two and sanitized.

The girls were very nice but very overwhelmed. One in our party had the smallest scoop of ice cream ice ever seen.. for $5+. It was literally 3 bites.

$14+ for 3 small scoops of ice cream is insane... especially when you're literally 32 seconds across the street from Kilwins... which is spotless, the scoops were bigger, and the ice cream is very good. We wanted to try something different by going to BR, but regretted doing so.

We were contemplating going back and asking for a refund but didn't want to make a scene with the girls.

Very disappointing product, and besides the floors, glass on the display, behind the counter, and every single table being disgusting the gal was wearing her "sanitary" gloves to scoop your ice cream AND handle your coins and money! 😖 GROSS!

My oldest daughter (22) went in with my younger daughter (15) to get her free birthday scoop with the coupon on her phone which says to come in and show the coupon for your free birthday scoop when the man working refused to give it to her and became aggressive after my daughter tried to read the coupon to him- that it says show coupon (nothing about printing it) he came around the counter cursing at them and even pushed my daughter. Can a birthday scoop really be worth getting treated like this? I can’t tell you how many ice cream cakes I’ve bought over the years but I can tell you I will NEVER go to this one for anything again and quite frankly it may be years before we even go to any other BR again. Why a grown man would shove a 100 pound girl is BEYOND ME. My momma bear is pretty upset after watching the video my birthday girl recorded of this incident. These people...
