Transaction Date: 12/21/2020 Customer Service is no longer a Priority here! Me and my mother were on our way back from my mothers doctor appointment in Parker. We decided to go to Burger King off Parker Rd. near Sprouts and Bevs Liquor. Anyways we get to the order screen and my mother indicates to the lady that we have two orders we would like to place! (We could've easily placed them through the app but we were close by) Anyways the lady begins by trying to call my Mother out for trying to cheat the system for trying to use two coupons. Before she could continue her line of speech. I informed the employee I am paying for my own meal through the speaker and that we have two coupons because we have two orders one is going home to my mother, and one is going home to me. She continued to take my mothers order, then as my mother asked for an ingredient to be omitted. the employee started to argue with my mother through the speaker telling her since you are using a coupon you are not allowed to change anything in the deal even if it is to omit something. Then my mother responded back saying we have patron this place before, and the previous employees accommodated her. So eventually another person who was listening in heard and helped this employee with the process of taking the cheese off 3 cheese hamburgers. Then asked my mother for the code for the order. Next was my turn that order was finished up. I gave my code, and I wanted everything the same. Now to be noted at this point, we been to this burger king at least once a month since this event. After giving the code through the speaker, we can just close out the app. After waiting in the car behind 3 other cars we finally get to the window. The rude creature decides to tell us to open the app again because she needs the code again because she just needs to see it. My mother pays for her order 1st. then I pay for mine next. After this whole time the employee is being completely rude she is saying all this stuff on how we are cheating the system. Again we can do this through the app and it would be the same outcome. Anyways my mother gets handed her food, then she hands my food with my mothers order together. We were checking to make sure everything is there. Then I asked the employee for one sauce for the chicken.. Then the employee tells me no you don't get sauce for free. You need to pay money. Before that she says sure and asked how many I would like then immediately says 0.25 Cents a sauce. Like some used car sales man. She argued with me this time. Saying we never gave out free sauce. Again I informed her the many time we been here before we got at least one sauce. She clearly has no concept of customer service. At the end of the day, if in fact this is the new format of service for Burger King. I can see myself going elsewhere in the future. There is plenty of competition in this area that will give us good service and respect. Especially during this pandemic. Even McDonalds will give a free handful of sauces just for asking. Here at your local Burger king in Parker, you have to pass a background check to get one basically. What a joke this place...
Read moreThe manager at this establishment was entirely morally and legally out of line. I had walked in with my son and my registered service dog (Charlie) to get some lunch and was immediately told that I couldn't have my dog in there with me. I obided the ADA legal requirements and explained to the Woman, Tracy (who claimed to be the manager on shift) that my animal was a legally licensed service animal and was a necessity for medical reasons and then continued to order my food. She then told me that I was disrespectful for trying to order my food after she said my dog had to leave. I had at this point asked for the manager on shift at which point she snickered and said "I'm the manager". This is absolutely ridiculous that the "manager" of an establishment first off doesn't know the law in regards to service animals, but as well that she was so utterly rude to me. Service animals are very important to people with disabilities and a person to act the way Tracy did is not only morally wrong but also highly illegal. I'm sure if a lawsuit was brought upon her she would look at this issue in a different manner....
Read moreThe lady working the drive this morning was EXTREMELY rude over the microphone to me. Very pushy. When I received my order it was missing drinks. When we started eating out food I realized we received the wrong burger. Also the burgers wer le ice cold. When I brought the sandwich back I heard her arguing with someone else in the drive through being rude AGAIN. when I told her the problem with my sandwich being wrong and ice cold she acted like I ate the whole thing and was VERY RUDE to me AGAIN. After being humiliated for asking for the correct / hot food she gave me my burger which was finally correct and hot. Needless to say, the lady on the drive through today was arguing with multiple customers, in front of staff and just generally not nice to the customers. This a very bad look. As an executive chef I would never speak to or treat my guests like this. Manage should take corrective action. If you would like any more details on this hostile environment ease contact me...
