I have wanted to try in-n-out since they opened the location in Lone Tree. That location had huge wait times, so I was disheartened for a long time. My wife and I went on a Monday at 4:45. The wait time was not bad. Approx 16 minutes from ordering to receiving my food. That's a little long for my taste, but I understand dealing with the hype of a new place. We ordered a regular cheeseburger, a double double animal style, animal style fries, and a chocolate shake. The taste was okay, but I'm not sure what the hype is. The beef was cooked fine it had a nice balance of ingredients. The animal style fries were okay, I enjoyed the taste of their spread and the grilled onions. Although, overall, everything tasted a bit salty. Don't get me wrong, the food was good. But it doesn't set itself apart like the diehard fans insisted. The one mind-boggling point was the price: 2 burgers, a shake, and animal style fries for less than $20. I will be back to try it again, albeit with curbed expectations. I am looking forward to seeing what this place can do in Parker's fast food centric dining options.

After hearing countless rave reviews about In-N-Out, I finally decided to see what all the fuss was about and ordered their famous Double-Double. Unfortunately, the experience left me mostly disappointed. The burger itself was underwhelming — it lacked the bold, satisfying flavor I’ve come to expect from a quality fast-food burger. Honestly, I’ve had much better at Culver’s, a Midwest gem that anyone who loves a good burger absolutely must try. That said, credit where credit is due: the customer service at In-N-Out was top-notch. The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly well-trained. I was especially impressed by the layout and flow of their drive-thru process. It’s streamlined, organized, and something other fast-food chains should absolutely take notes on. In the end, while the service and efficiency were spot on, the burger simply didn’t live up to the hype for me. If you’re a true burger lover, I’d suggest giving Culver’s a shot before buying into the In-N-Out buzz.

This place has been pretty reliable when it comes to food and service, unfortunately today I ordered a burger and one of the patties came almost raw, a little bit of pink is fine with me but when it’s bright red that’s usually when I draw the line, unfortunately I wasn’t able to go back in and bring my issue up with a manager due to being in a rush to get into work, it wasn’t until I made it into work and took a bite that i discovered one of my patties was raw. It’s a one off thing but still when it comes to food safety making sure burgers are cooked is more important than ticket times.

Food was great, and the past couple times we have gone since it opened have also been great so has the service. Today was different though, our cashier didn't seem to want to be there, she seemed bothered for what ever reason. We placed our order and although she got it correct on the recipt one of the burgers was wrong when they called our number. I brought the burger back to the counter and a young man at the register nearest to me attended to me. He then turned to the cashier that took our order, to ask what he should do with the incorrect burger and if he should let me keep it, she turns to look at me and turns to him and rudely says, no!, don't give it to her. As if I wanted it, or as if I did something wrong or asked to keep it. Again same moody facial expression as when she took our order. He turned around, i handed him the burger and he said my plain burger would be right out. It took a while I have to admit, for my 3 year olds burger to finally come out. So i have to admit i was a bit upset at having to stand there and wait even longer, nobody telling me anything just other people picking up their orders as they called out their recipt numbers, while my food sat at the table and my 3 year old was asking and asking for his food while my other children ate. My older son even got up from the table to go ask why it was taking so long. I get mistakes happen but it makes a big difference how you are treated when it does, and attitude says a lot. Thank you to the young man who had a positive attitude and was super kind toward me and what happened. Most people seem to like to work there, but my advice to the other rude/moody cashier, if you are in a bad mood, don't be at the register giving off your moodiness to others, especially if you are the first perso the customer interacts with, ask to be put somewhere...

I was really excited about not having to drive so far to get In-N-Out and thought the drive through was actually a pleasant experience for once. I was only in line for about 10 minutes compared to the usual 30+ wait. I have 3 complaints about my experience here. First was the young teenage boy working the window. He saw the type of credit card I was using (military service related) and asked which branch, he then gave his disappointment for the branch my husband served in. He explained how his father's branch was better and that left a bad taste in my mouth immediately. He could have not said anything, but I guess teenagers don't really think about the effect that opinion can have in someone. The second problem I had was their Pink Lemonade. I have always ordered Pink Lemonade. I've been to In-N-Out more times than I can count and this lemonade was absolutely disgusting. I don't know what went wrong, but it was really unfortunate. The third problem I had was when I finally got home and bit into my burger the patty was completely raw. The outside was brown, but the inside was gooey, soggy, and pink like you would imagine seeing uncooked ground beef texture. Overall what I thought was going to be a pleasant expected experience turned out leaving me extremely disappointed. I think I'll wait a while before I go back to that location. I understand it's new and they probably don't have everything down yet, which is why I'm not giving this a 1 star. But I'll be driving the distance to get the quality that they...

So, I needed to check out In-n-out burger restaurants because I heard so much buzz about them. I ordered the combo meal which is a cheese burger, fries and drink. BTW, there is no advantage to getting a combo. The price is the same if you order al-a-carte - I thought that was strange. I paid $9.02 for the meal.

I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Ordering was very efficient. No issues there. Once I received my order, I head straight for the fries because I hate when they get cold. I literally put my hand in there 4 or 5 times and all the fries were gone! Wuuuut? That's it? Come on....way too small. Seriously? First bite into the burger and I was shocked at how thin it was. Maybe 3 oz of whatever that was...tops! I guess for $9, what do you expect? I give the burger a 2 or 3 on a scale from 1-10. I just don't get it. The fries and lemonade may have cost them $0.50 to make and serve.

You're better off going to Sprouts or King Soopers and getting a 1lb grass-fed Organic hamburger package for $10 and make your own burgers. At least you know what you're getting and it's MUCH healthier. I guess we've been brain-washed on what's considered a 'good' burger. ...
