My husband went through the drive thru in Parker, Colorado and ordered our food which was very simple. I was on the phone with him when he had placed the order which was~ a plate of half white rice and half chow mein with double orange chicken, another plate with fried rice, benji beef and orange chicken, two veggie eggs rolls and two cheese rangoons with two large cokes. The receipt shows exactly the what we had ordered but the food upon delivery when my husband got home. I was very disappointed to see that my plate of the half and half with double orange chicken is MIA but replaced with another plate that duplicated the other one ordered. How can a staff not double check every single thing at every position in the store?!?!? I’m a general manager of a restaurant myself and make that number one priority in my staff…. There is absolutely no excuse or reason for this mistake. Unfortunately we had paid in cash and won’t be receiving a refund due to the location being closed by the time we would arrive. Which we don’t live that close and it’s not worth my time to get the proper order when it should’ve been properly packaged in the first place. Read moreThe food's fine, but don't bother ordering ahead. I ordered a single plate over 30 minutes in advance. When I showed up, I found out my order didn't move from "in queue" to "in process" until the time I was supposed to pick it up. Here, you can see a photo I took 15 minutes after the pick-up time. 20 minutes after, my name disappeared from the board even though my food wasn't ready yet. I'm still waiting now.
Update: Finally just received my order, 25 minutes after the pick-up time and 58 minutes after I initially ordered. Why does it take an entire hour for a fast food restaurant to make a single plate of food?
