Former employee here. don't eat here until there's a change in owners, this owner owns all 3 parker locations. there are ants and rats, the new crew dosen't thoroughly wash their dishes and the food is sitting out too warm. it's also subway policy we take coupons but he told us not to. he also took the book with proper sandwich portions and tells us to put less, so you're probably not getting what you paid, which is already too much. Edit - though i did walk out i was the last of the good staff to leave the store, i held out hope that it wouldn't be so bad but i was wrong. In the pictures shown you can see ants(from two separate days of sweeping), dishes that were washed with food still stuck to them, open sauce bags in the fridge (they should never be left like that), temp logs that had been changed, and our frozen bread sticks that had spilled out onto the floor of our freezer and been stepped on by the owner that he just put back...

First of all, we were told that the franchisee would only honor 3 of the coupons on the flyer that we recently received, and that it was up to the franchise owner as to whether or not coupons would be accepted. Then, the guy behind the counter argued with the customer behind us about changing out the cheese that had already been placed on the sandwich. I realize that the sandwich had already been made, I'm just not sure how difficult it is to change out the cheese, but apparently it was a big deal. Then, the guy behind the counter got the bread wrong for the next customer. I'm not sure about the two customers behind us, but I know I will not visit that subway store again, or any of the other stores in Parker because apparently the same franchise owner owns all the Subway stores in Parker. (Old) I open Mon-Fri, around 8:15. I try my best to make a great store but I'm only an seasoned opener, I am not a manager and the store likely won't ever have a real one.
6/24/22 salt, pepper, Parmesan? Ordered it got none. I give up on the app, also ordered a deluxe and this is not a deluxe. Place is inconsistent, sandwich looks great, not sure what the deal is.
on the App today which I was iffy about with Subway because I'm pretty specific with my sandwich and sometimes face to face is better for that.
I Got a Deluxe Tuna that was made quite well and met my expectations as if I ordered in person...maybe a tad too many jalapenos, but not much of a complaint since I did request...
