So this place said on its facebook page under new ownership. Yet tried it again and it was all the same faces. And the food was even worse then before. Noone wearing hair nets. Same horrible staff as before. I wont be back. Food was horrible. Asked for fried rice got white rice and noodles.Chicken was so over cooked, beef was under cooked. How can a simple order be so screwed up. Then to top it off, i fill up my drink and the lids, do not fit the cups properly. So you guessed it walking to my car lid comes off and drink goes everywhere. I have read some of the other reviews online, and this is routine with this place. Sitting at work on my dinner break, with nothing to eat i decide to call and inform management of the situation. A gentleman by name of David tells me there is nothing he can do, because i left the store. What kind of bs is this? Based on other reviews from this so called restaurant, management just doesn't care what they serve customers. Only positives to the visit was the place was clean, and the sweet cashier taking the orders. Word of advise check the order before you bag it up to customers, If you don't think you would eat it , DONT SERVE IT.....
Response to owner: So your'e staff remembers every order from Saturday ? That's just a stupid reply from you to make. You want more details? I came in this past Saturday on my dinner break. You ask for me to contact you, yet leave no name no contact info? So it goes to show you have no plan to make it right. And based off your'e responses to other dissatisfied customers on google and yelp, your a piece of work. Who talks to customers the way you do when they have an issue? You wont be in business much longer, with that type of attitude. I am done with this conversation. But i strongly urge you to learn some...
Read moreexceptional experience that surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the evening.
The menu boasts a wide variety of teriyaki dishes, each sounding more enticing than the last. I decided to start with the classic chicken teriyaki, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was perfectly grilled, juicy, and tender, coated in a rich, flavorful teriyaki sauce that had just the right balance of sweetness and umami. The accompanying steamed rice was fluffy and complemented the dish beautifully.
Next, I tried the beef teriyaki, which was equally impressive. The beef was cooked to perfection, tender and succulent, and the sauce was a delicious blend of flavors that left me craving more. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that no one leaves the restaurant unsatisfied.
The service was impeccable throughout the evening. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to make sure that every aspect of our dining experience was enjoyable. They provided excellent recommendations and made sure our glasses were never empty.
The ambiance of Teriyaki Madness is fun cozy and inviting, with tasteful decor that enhances the dining experience. Whether you’re dining with family, friends, or on a date, the restaurant provides a comfortable and enjoyable setting.
Overall, Teriyaki Madness is a standout teriyaki restaurant that delivers on both flavor and service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their...
Read moreWe had the chicken Teriyaki BOGO which was very good and the amount of chicken was great but it needed more veggies! I could do with less rice. I just wish the BOGO would let you buy two egg rolls instead of two drinks if you prefer. The coupon could be worded differently to say must purchase 2 drinks OR 2 egg rolls. I don't need a drink. I have drinks at home or I usually just have water. I don't need a drink. I haven't been inside Teriyaki Madness since before the Pandemic. Don't you have any Covid restrictions for the employees? Surprisingly, of the 3 guys working, one wore a mask that ONLY covered his mouth & the other 2 didn't wear masks at all! I don't think any of them wore any gloves when they cooked our food. After I ordered, several people came in and it was crowded while everyone waited for their food. I was first and still had to wait a long time for mine to be ready. They just couldn't or wouldn't keep up. No updates given... They didn't want to talk to anyone! Update: 1/21 2022 I might come back if things change because I like the taste of the food. I sure hope you place proper mask & glove restrictions for Covid-19 on ALL employees and the BOGO coupon wording changes to include purchasing two egg rolls...
