Best Wok Chinese in Parma lives up to its name — it’s honestly some of the best takeout-style Chinese food I’ve had in the area. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the food always arrives hot and fresh.

Favorites in our house include the General Tso’s Chicken (crispy, spicy, and just the right amount of sweetness), the Lo Mein (perfectly sauced and not greasy), and the Crab Rangoon, which is always golden and creamy inside. The fried rice is flavorful on its own — not just an afterthought like at other places.

The staff is fast and friendly, and they always get our order right, even when it's a big one. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or ordering dinner for the family, Best Wok is consistent and satisfying.

Looks can be deceiving! Disappointed after reading Google reviews & local social media platform reviews I was expecting to be wowed with flavors. The spare ribs your your typical chinese bbq spare ribs nothing to write home about. The garlic chicken wings were over cooked and dry, they had some kind of yellow seasoning (possibly turmeric? Dry and flavorless. The egg roll typical vegetable egg roll. Bourbon chicken decent size pieces bland flavor. The vegetable Pad Thia was awful, for restarter it was pink, and for the vegetable I found one snap pea, one small bit of mushroom (that's it). My husband & I order food on a regular basis. My husband’s order got screwed up. When we called to report the screw up the man argued us down. My husband ordered shrimp egg foo young. He ordered fried rice in place of white rice. He asked for a dollar worth of shrimp in his fried rice. He did not receive his shrimp. We immediately let the man know by phone that the order was incorrect. We also let the man know that we do not have a problem paying extra for extra shrimp. We are not cheap. I did not realize that my husband had an issue before with the same man who argued him down. Since Best Wok Chinese restaurant cannot apologize for their mistake and they want to argue we will not be back. We will not pay for incorrect orders or disrespect.
