A very cool place to relax with children. We were there on a weekday, there were very few people, which is not the case on the weekend, quite a cozy and clean room, a large selection of new and modern gaming machines. My youngest daughter, 4 years old, likes it very much, we have been several times and she is never bored there. Cool and fun mouse, quite friendly and good staff. We took cool photos, won coins, coupons that can then be exchanged for cool gifts. We were there for more than 2 hours, and we still had time. One minus that we didn't like was the pizza and french fries, we would have liked better, but time runs fast there and the children don't even have time to eat. Celebrating a birthday here is a very cool option, and for me the main thing is that parents can really relax, and children get a lot of positive emotions. I recommend it to everyone)))

I went in for a fill in . I previously had gotten them done by my nail artist but she was all booked up. This is my second time coming here , the customer service was great but I really suggest that they learn and keep up with the current nail trends. Everyone doesn’t want dip and a manicure, everyone doesn’t wear short nails . Now I went in ask for a fill and three replacements. The nail tech was the older lady she was sweet as can be and she tried but it wasn’t giving what it was supposed to the three replacements nails are shorter than the rest of my nails and it’s not coffin shape at all I had to go home and try my best to file them myself they just look weird. They really need help in there and get younger techs that does know all the latest trends and they can continue to do their mani’s and dip

Went for an early birthday party on a Saturday and it was not crowded at all. The attendants were polite and helpful. They now give key cards with springy wrist bands and they are on a timer. When you earn points/ tickets they are loaded on to your card. They then scan the card to see how many tickets you have to get prizes. The Manager was very friendly and accommodating. The kids enjoyed their time.

If I could leave no stars I would but I’ll let them have this one. We were there for a field trip on an early Friday (there at open) we had about 34 kids. The administrator makes it her business to call places ahead as to get proper clearance and information because we are such a large group. Needless to say there were 3 staff total the young lady that held down the front and counter was helpful it had appeared in the beginning but it took a turn later. The 1 lady who had to cook ALLLL the food for not only us but other outside guests as well kept a smile and was always pleasant despite the busyness, confusion and frustration. Now the problems. The 7 pizzas were cut into bite sized slices and we had to add another 3-4 additional to get them adequate, the kids ranged in age from 6-11 and we purchased individual cards for each with 2hrs of play. We we’re told they could pause their cards if needed which was incorrect however the ones the staff purchased separately could. The amount of token games is horrible especially when the selection of games is so limited now (no ball pits, tubes, or anything due to Covid, games only) when it was time to cash im the cards, the kids were told they COULD NOT redeem their tickets on the cards but would have to return another day with their parents and were then given a very badly thrown together “goody bag” that included a lousy couple tootsie rolls n maybe a Sucker, and some stickers to suffice the fact that they weren’t allowed to use their hard earned and very much the same cards that the other outside children were using to pick their prizes at the time. Outside of us the place definitely wouldn’t have been considered “busy” and on a “busy” Friday night, one would expect to have to service an abundance of children especially at close but for it to be maybe 10-12 other outside families(not large) I found it disappointing to have to explain to our kids why they weren’t able to redeem their prizes now like the other children were doing and had to come back with their parents when some may not get that opportunity again but hey they got STICKERS😒right! Oh and let’s not forget money is green all the time so our services required payment just as those walking in from the street of course and if paid the same Why did our money not work like the others? Why weren’t our summer camp children given the same treatment as the others and I’m more than certain none of these families spent the amount of money that we had. Overall 1000% disappointed and even more saddened by the disappointment and outcasting our kids felt when turned down for prizes after anticipating getting that whistle or yo-yo with the 600 tickets that he had worked so hard to get. Shame on you Parma Chuck E Cheese for the lack of staff, lack of knowledge and properly and clearly communicating any rules, policies and procedures, and for making our kids feel like they were singled out and outcasts from the others. We will Definitely not...

On Saturday I came in for a full set and pedicure. So the lady sent me down in the pedicure chair and asked me what color I wanted to do my nails. I said actually, I have a specific design in mind and she asked me to show her what it was. After looking over the design, she told me that she could do it. So I trusted her and then she painted my nails and my toes blue took me over to her chair and before putting anything on my nails she looked at my natural nails and said “Your nails are very crooked. Like they’re really crooked.” So I laughed uncomfortably saying that I knew they were crooked (because I have an eating disorder). She laughed and repeated herself saying that my nails are crooked. She goes in to the two accent nails and starts putting the gel on. She then goes in to the liquid and then into the powder then into glitter painting my entire nail glitter and it looked awful. After doing that she then dipped into a different powder after dipping into the liquid and started to put clouds on my nails but they took up my entire nail because she used powder. The whole thing with awful and she did two fingers before she realized that it looked horrible. So she then filed the nails down instead of putting new nails on (I can still see the glitter underneath my polish) and chose my glitter polish for me instead of letting me choose. I’m just puzzled why she would comment on my nails but not that my legs had hair on them. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and I WILL NOT ever return there. If you can’t be nice or tell your customer the truth if you can’t do a service be honest instead of messing up their nails you...

I’d like to start off by saying that I am a licensed cosmetologist (I’ve been trained in hair and nails) and the experience was not bad, the quality was just less than satisfactory and there were some things I noticed there that made me uncomfortable.

About 2 weeks ago now I went into Bella nails for a full set and pedi. The first thing that made me question the place is when they pulled out used nail clippers and files and used them on me. But then they pulled out a box from the pedi station that contained a cheese grater (illegal) and used Scrubbers (also illegal). THANK GOD they didn’t use the cheese graters on me cause I would have lost it but I felt disgusting after the used scrubbing block was used on my feet.

Now my set, was done at the pedi bowl which I thought was weird but it’s fine. But they cut off my natural nail to put a tip on, and then didn’t make sure they were all the same shape or length. Anyway, she lays the acrylic so sloppy that when I got home I had to fix multiple nails because there was acrylic all over my fingers and under my nails. (I’m still fixing this 2 weeks later.) now that they’ve grown out some the tip applied is lifting and the actual acrylic is so thick at the top (where it should be the thinnest) that I’m scratching myself with them.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I spent $87 dollars here and my toe nail polish is already chipping (usually a pedicure lasts me at least a month) and my set has to be soaked off and redone this weekend because I can’t handle this one anymore. They’re overpriced and doing illegal things in this salon, if I were you I would go just about...
