Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar — Restaurant in Parma

Ordered lemonade and was given fresh squeeze apple juice with like half a lemon in it. Nothing on the board where lemonade was listed had anything about apple juice, so I didn’t expect this. I also watched as the juice was being made and saw unwashed apples (with the stickers still on) being put into the juicer. Maybe this is a common practice, and maybe it does meet health dept guidelines (I honestly wouldn’t know), but it made the drink pretty unappealing for me. $18 for this?! I love pulp and usually go to the Macedonia location. I order the same thing and it’s never come out like this location. First, I ordered a 24oz pink dragon smoothie with a can of Red Bull to be added. She makes the drink and I watch her fill my cup and dump almost another cup’s worth down the drain. I confront her and she said, no that was all of it, she didn’t dump any. It’s always had to be put into a bigger cup because of adding a can of redbull. Literally Thee worst pulp I go to. I go to so many different ones but this one has the worst costumer service. They don’t greet when I walk in or tell me to have a nice day. Today I went in to pick up my smoothie, there were three of them working and I’m just standing there at the register, no one said “hi, we’ll be with you in a second” or nothing like that. Then once I was done paying she grabbed my smoothie and just sat it on the pick up counter.
