I would like to find out who the owner is for this particular franchise so that I can write him/her a letter with a looooong list of complaints and a few suggestions to hopefully get their attention on how incredibly poor the service is here. I love Chipotle. However, I have a terrible experience at this location everytime I go. My most recent being this past Saturday, 12/29/12, where I waited in line for over an hour. The employees working were more concerned with making on-line orders rather than getting the in-store line moving. When there is a line out the door perhaps you should have 2 cashiers working the 2 cash registers you do have there rather than 1 very slow cashier (it literally was taking an average of 5-10 mins for each customer to get their order rung up due to the on-line orders...what's the deal with that?!?!). Secondly, Instead of 3 employees running the line making the food you really only need 2 when it's that busy. Everyone's food that was made was just sitting there for 10-15 mins. while it was taking the lone cashier an excessive amount of time to ring people up! I told the person taking my order I'll wait to give my order as the line was not moving for awhile and I did not want my food to sit there for that long getting cold by the time I even reached the register. Another employee should have been in the dining area cleaning the tables, condiment/drink station and trash receptacles...every single table was dirty, condiments were completely out and/or near empty and trash was overflowing in the bins! The most ideal way to solve this problem would be to have a separate (smaller) food station in the back somewhere with 1 or 2 employees making the voluminous amount of on-line orders. Get your stuff together people! It's ridiculous the way this operation is ran! It doesn't take a genius to figure out how to resolve these issues. To the owner, you could be making so much more $ if you paid attention to what is going on in your establishment and did something to fix it! Also, get some employees who actually want to work there rather than the lazy degenerates you do have that are rude, obviously don't care about customer service, take their sweet time and goof off way too much! Read moreAt this point it’s truly shame on me for ordering from here still. It was hot I had a long day I didn’t want to go anywhere to get a last minute dinner. So we decided on just getting chipotle delivered even though the past few times we’ve been missing half our order we took the chance. Last time though both our bowls were made wrong missing items and sloppy, both bags of chips are missing AGAIN and so was the salsa. I don’t understand how this location isn’t getting looked into, it’s borderline stealing at this point. My order is being charged extra as is because it’s “delivery” plus I’m having to tip the driver I get it but if I’m getting charged $10-$12 Extra to get it delivered I expect that I’m getting what I paid for. But I’m not, I’m missing items , what we did get is wrong , and the food had horrible taste. It’s unreal and at this point a complaint has been filed now for this location to corporate and they are going to start investigating. From now on though lesson officially learned this is no longer someone had an off day this is purely an I don’t care that your basically paying double for your food I’m only giving you a 1/3 of what you ordered and pocketing the profits from not sending the rest. So we will just take our business down the road to pleasant valley since the app will not let you chose where you get your delivery from. Walked in and the line and windows were disgusting you’d think they were finger painting with also on the glass. They weren’t busy so a line wipe could have been done but just wasn’t. His wells weren’t smoking so that made me nervous about the food because is it even hot? Or maybe it’s because he was preclosing line 2 hours early and put hotels under all his food so nothing was coming up to temp. I get to the cashier and pay but he overcharged me and never even notified me… I worked for chipotle in the same region and was specifically told by the field leader we are nottttt allowed to charge people for vinaigrette so why was I charged and not even notified that there was an uncharged???? Kind of outrageous. No signs no nothing. You can’t just charge me for something that’s not on the menu with a charge next to it… then there was a manager and an employee standing in the way of customers just talking for like 20 minutes when the drink station is completely empty and your line person needs a line wipe?
