McDonald's — Restaurant in Parsippany-Troy Hills

I'll give them a negative 5 star if I could. Consistently THE worst McDonald's I've ever visited. I was at the restaurant at around 11:45am there. The kiosks were not working so I walked up to the cashier station to try to order. I was standing there while all the staffs there were busy filling orders. I was kept standing there for at least 3 minutes, no one paid any attention to me, not even a simple "Sir, someone will be with you in a moment"! I then said loudly, "Can I get some service please?" Finally a janitor walked by swiping the floor and said, "She'll be with you in a minute" Another 2 minutes went by, finally someone who's been filling the orders came over to take my order. I asked for the manager, which she claimed she was. I complained to her why was she not attending me for 5 minutes? Not even a simple acknowledgement! She said she was busy filling orders. I could see that there were at least 2 to 3 other staffs filling orders with her also. There is NO excuse, not for a store manager, not even a regular cashier to ignore a customer!

So I went ahead to order a Sausage Egg McMuffin from the All Day Breakfast menu, see attached picture. Guess what? She said they don't serve breakfast anymore. Then another staff came over ready to confront me also also said they don't server breakfast anymore. So please explain to me what does All Day Breakfast mean?

This is NOT the first run in with the same restaurant. I stopped going to that location for more than a year already. Apparently I was wrong giving them another chance. One time more than a year ago, I visited the same restaurant during lunch. After lunch I needed to use the toilet. To my surprise, there was dried up fieces on the seat! I was not sure if the location was a 24 hr restaurant or not, but I'm sure it did started breakfast service. For all those hours, none of the restaurant staffs had checked and cleaned the bathroom/toilet and allowed the soil to dry? I did take a picture, but will spare you the disgusting image.

There were other prior minor incidents also and I am not going to list them all. If this location is a representation of a typical McDonald's, the chain would have been out of...

Great coffee & all day breakfasts! 🙂 They seem to have had a shortage of staff, but, lately, I have seen new staff working there. They've been looking to hire new people, as well. The staff is generally polite & courteous, but, sometimes they have someone in the front lines who doesn't understand English well, delaying the order process...but, this is a good place to relax, drink your coffee, get a light breakfast/lunch & enjoy the moment w/your friend(s), family or just watching what ever's on the television. I've been going to this location for over 15 years & have NEVER, EVER seen straws in a cup next to the register with or without wrapping! In fact they have a specific place/container for straws, salt, pepper, etc. & it isn't on the counter, next to the cash register..?? in fact they are always cleaning that place (wiping down the tables & counters, sweeping & mopping the floors, & bathrooms: top to bottom). **This may have been while you were there, but, I only witnessed the cleaning at the end of the night, not during daytime, when I went there. Was here Friday, August 15th at approx 10am to order a breakfast sandwich. I pull up and the speaker was not working. I waited 2 min before some responded and said “Wait a minute… okay?” ..

Okay. I ordered a Sausage Egg McGriddle and a Bacon Egg and Cheese McGriddle and 2 Hashbrowns. On the screen that displays the order, the screen stated “NO BACON”… when the speaker asked me to confirm the order I brought up that the order says No Bacon… he says “yeah yeah no worry about it I know I know”… okay.

I pull up, I asked for ketchup. That’s it. Just two ketchup packets. Not too hard right? I pay for my order, and after about 3 minutes my sandwiches come and the window closes. I pull away and drive to work. I open the bag and surprise!

Just like I had expected; No bacon on my sandwich. No Ketchup. Not even a single packet. They didn’t even throw in a single napkin. Dude really? I paid full price and this is the service I get?
