It was horrible. My mother and I went to this store to eat breakfast, we placed our order, I inserted my card to pay for the food, while I was paying I noticed one of the McDonald's crew members, working on the other register computer, after I had paid and the screen said "payment approved" I pulled out my card and looked at the lady who had a confused semblance, due to the fact that hat the guy that was working on the other computer pull out the power line of both register computers, but somehow the signal of my order got to the other screen for the other employees to see it and get the food ready. So When I realized wath was happening I pointed to the cashier that the card reader still had the "payment approved" with the amount of my food readeble. Then she ask her supervisor Giany, who said that the payment had not been completed, so I pull out my cellphone and checked in my bank account, and showed it to them, that indeed, the payment had been taken by the card reader which never got out of power. Nevertheless, the told me that I had to pay again for the food, they called the manager Linda, I tried to explain the situation and showed to her the evidence of my payment, she replayed to me that " that happens all the time", and I should pay again and the money will go back to me latter. She was rude. I call my bank, they confirmed that the payment was made, they understood that the manager was not being cooperative with the situation. So me and my mother, who had not eaten anything since two days before due to a procedure she had on HAC, had to leave the McDonald's, having paid for a food that we didn't received. This after about some 25 minutes in that situation. Now, on each receipt you can see that saids at the bottom "we care" and it has the phone number of the main office in Houston, so I already knew what I was going to do. Then, when we where already at another McDonal's, the supervisor called me to let me know that we could go get our food, saying that the manager called the McDonald's Houston main office and it was ok fir us to get our food! She did apologize for the incident! But we had to go through all of that in front of other costumers... So frustrating. These people really don't care about their customers, like it says on every receipt, even if is their fault. Im wondering if they even get trained on customer...

There is no way he should be working the drive through. Maybe, the fey station or maintenance. NOWHERE SERVICING CUSTOMERS!!! NASTY ATTITUDE AND SPEAKS IN A TONE AS IF HE OWNS THE RESTRAUNT!!! Came thru drive through unsure if opened @ that time. Waited at the window for a little time while he n co-worker lolly gaged around. No problem because I was unsure if restraunt was opened @ that time because it was still dark. He proceeded to come to window n spent 3 mins barking @ me focused more on why I didnt stop by drive thru window instead of coming to window ( w/ the nastiest attitude n tone. Instead focusing on customer m being in the service industry. I let him know I was unsure if opened n I was there to pickup order n was it ready. He said no. They just go it after passing pickup time. As I left I looked at name n asked name. He grabbed his badge n told me Justin, but it could've read Joseph. I let him know I would be reporting him n didn't appreciate attitude. He said he would report me to for not stopping in drive thru n placing order. Mind you no one was in line the time of morning. He not once apologized n continued on with attitude n aggressive TONE( THE GRINCH THAT STOLE CHRISTMAS)!!! AND, YOU WONDER WHY CHIC FILA IS WINNING!!! Read moreI do door dash on an electric bike I had a big order to pick up for 1 person I had requested that they put the 2 cups of orange juice in a medium brown paper bag then to put that paper bag into a plastic bag that I could then tie & place in the front of my back pack & both the lady makin the order & the female manager both refused sayin they had'ta do it a certain way the female employee who was makin the food ignored me until I raised my voice to be heard she then proceeded to insist she had'ta do it the way she was doin it & then got sarcastic with me askin me what should she do? I told her I've worked in customer service for almost 3 years u'r supposed'ta do it the way the customer wants no exceptions this way if somethin happens it won't be their fault & yes I explained that since I'm on an electric bike that it'll be too awkward for me to carry 2 big bags & have 1 in my back pack cus I'll be late gettin it to the person as well as the drinks spilling they flat out refused this happened on 6/5/25 at the McDonald's on 3223 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena, TX 77504 I've never had any problems with other places & yes this includes other McDonald's doin it the way I ask this is the 1st time & I don't appreciate how they outright ignored what...
