Jamba — Restaurant in Pasco

I had a long day and I was starving I didn’t want anything heavy as it was 8:40 I’m close to Jamba so I googled their hours and it says they close at 9 I’m close so I head that way and I pull into the drive through at 8:45 and the drive through speaker says they’re closed but the open sign is still on shinning through BOTH windows and the drive through hours says 9 on their drive through window so I park and decide to instead just order inside but the store hours close at 7. Please keep in mine I’m starving here and I had a long day and I just want a smoothie so I decide to go back through drive through and go to window and hope they can help me. They see me and ignore me. A girl is walking back and forth and a boy is mopping the boy makes eye contact with me and quickly looks the other way. I wait 3 minutes and decide to knock on the window and no response. At this point it is more the fact of their open signs and their obviously terrible customer service. If you want to close early and clean at least turn your open signs off! There was more cars that came in after me that also had to leave because they don’t actually follow their store hours per google and their own window signs. I haven’t been here in a few years and I probably won’t be back. Stick to the Richland...

Love Jamba Juice. My family has been fans of this place for many years and my husband spends an exorbitant amount of money on smoothies for his work crew every spring/summer. The Pasco location just can't seem to ever get my order right nor am I ever satisfied with how most of the smoothies we buy turn out. I just came back from their drive thru. 2 of the 3 employees looked and acted super stoned. I ordered 2 pb wow cacao bowls 1 regular and 1 without pb, 1 small and 1 medium smoothie. They didn't put pb on both of my bowls. It seems petty of me even writing this, but man, I was really looking forward to the bowl how I ordered it and they are a pretty spendy item on the menu. I also had to ask for the cup of water I ordered 3 times before she gave it to me. I guess I just feel like they need more...

We drove out of our way to visit this location. When we arrived, a sign on the window said lobby open from 11:00 - 6:00. It was 1:30 and the door was locked. We drove through the drive through and we’re the only customers. We ordered through the drive through but when we got to the window they didn’t know what we had ordered even though we were the only customers. We had to reorder and when we asked about the lobby hours the worker said they were too busy to open the lobby. When I suggested they put a sign on the front door letting people know I was told they were too busy to do that. Then our order was incorrect. Makes we wonder what they would do if they had TWO customers…. Must be an absentee owner and...
