Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Pasco

We got the portobello cheesesteak which is one of the featured subs, it was sooooo good. The cheese was melted and gooey & it was hot & the fresh bell peppers & mushrooms went well with the soft bread, but the breadwas firm enough on the outside to keep the sub together. But we have never been here and apparently when you order hot subs you need to tell them what additions you would like when you are first ordering...like lettuce & tomato, mayo or mustard ... or they make it stock. I got the featured turkey club, it came with avocado bacon and I got it made the Jersey Mike's way which is with lettuce, tomato, onion, oil vinegar, and the Oregano shaker. The avocado was fresh, the bacon cooked crip & perfectly. It was very good, but I might try one of these with more variety of meats because I like more saltiness. They have a great selection of drinks including sweetened and unsweetened tea and in their fridge they have carbonated sodas With no sugar and they have alternative sodas sweetened with Agave too. They had your choice of white, whole wheat bun , rosemary parmesan, or gluten free breads. The employees were super helpful and friendly. I would be prepared to wait for your hot subs to cook as they take a little bit longer on the grill. But totally worth the wait.. We will definitely be coming back here...

I ordered a catering box of subs on a Saturday to be picked up on the next day, Sunday - for a picnic we we were having. I got a call the Saturday I ordered and they said my order was ready - when it was suppose to be picked up the next day. They said they would re- make the order the next day. We went down and talked to the staff to make sure we would get fresh made subs on the order for the next day and the Manager said it would be fresh sandwiches.

We picked up the order Sunday and got to our destination and the condiments that were suppose to be put on the side were not in the catering box as noted on the order. No napkins, or anything. I’m not one to write bad reviews but I am VERY disappointed in the service and lack of attention to details at this location.. Rude service, people behind the counter wouldn't even make eye contact so you could ask a question. I placed an order online and there was no clear direction for pickup (a lot of customers but very unorganized). When I finally did have someone look my way, I asked for a refund for my online order (it had been placed right at an hour earlier) that wasn't made yet and was told "you'll have to wait" and she turned around and walked away. When she finally did give me a refund, it took her about 20 seconds at the register. Steer clear of Jersey Mikes in Pasco unless you're looking for a frustrating experience, I will not be back and wouldn't recommend it. Fire House has great food and the service is much better.
