I like this Starbucks because it's right on my way to work in the morning. Unfortunately, I've had multiple experiences here that weren't positive. This morning was the last straw for me. I paid with cash, which I understand they don't always have a lot of in the morning. No problem. The girl was rude to start off with. She didn't want to make change. I understand it can be intimidating counting change, I've worked in retail and customer service for 20 years. She handed me cash, didn't count it. So, I started to count it and she SLAMMED my drink as hard as she could on the window sill at the drive through and just stood there scowling. I took my drink and drove into the parking lot to continue counting my change. I've never had anyone slam a drink down like that in my whole life. I know mornings are hard, but being rude makes them harder...
Read moreWe were so excited that a new Starbucks opened because of the congestion at the first one on 68, but it was short-lived. It's a hit and miss. So far, about 50/50. The employees are not all trained, particularly when it comes to redeeming stars. There is also no inside seating, only outdoor seating, patio furniture style, in full sun after 1ish. It is also a little tricky to get into the drive-through by way of the main road, but I imagine they will fix this when the parking lot area is...
