First time to this downtown location. Arrived at about 5pm. There were only four tables taken and by the time I left at 630, the place was about half full. Decided to try the pasta since I was not in the mood for pizza. You have to order and pay at the counter, they don't have waiters to take your order at the table. Decided on baked spaghetti with marinara sauce. I added meatballs to the dish for a $1 more. Pasta dishes come with a piece of cheesy garlic bread. I would rather have had a small side salad, but... Both locations offer a decent salad bar with lots of vegetable choices although no meats (ham, turkey, etc). They have a self-serve soda fountain along with iced tea. There are several big screen TVs showing a variety of sports. My dinner arrived and it was volcano hot! The spaghetti was covered with the marinara sauce, they added three large meatballs, and covered the whole dish with mozzarella cheese. They baked it until the cheese melted and turned golden brown. This is a large portion and is easily enough for two people. Tasted pretty good. The sauce had texture and was mildly spiced. The house-made meatballs were tender and tasty. The pasta was tender but not over cooked. What made the dish was the cheese melted on top. The cheesy garlic bread was meh. Still would rather have had a side salad. I will try other pasta dishes when I return. Other patrons ordered pizza and they looked pretty good. Did not notice much take out business. Maybe they get busier later in the evening. Limited street parking but plenty of spaces in the lot in back; adjacent to a public parking...

I worked here. The chefs drop spatulas and other cooking tools on the ground and keep using without cleaning. There is cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen. One night they came and put black trash bags on cooking equitment and sprayed poison gas on everything. Do not work here. The withheld my paycheck everytime it was payday. One time they were joking making fun of me as if I didn't want my check. Also 2 different occasions all of my delicery tips were taken from me at the end of the night and not given back because they said I wasn't doing my paperwork right. Then the head delivery driver found out and told them to give it back. It is poorly ran. Pizza is decent but would never war there again. My parents owned this pizza place before these careless people took over. Overpriced. EVRRYTHING I SAID IS TRUE. My parents owned this pizza place before them I know the owner, they are all crappy lazy gross people. Cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen. Chemicals being sprayed over everything. Workers quitting and hating the owner and managment. This is all very true. I graduated from Mission Prep. I am not lying. Do not waste...

We have been here a few times in the past, and been pleased. Their salad bar is fresh and the pizza is tasty. However this time our experience was very different. First we had asked for just buttered French bread, instead of the garlic cheese bread on their menu, as my grand daughter does not eat cheese or garlic we were charged $4.95 and then served the cheese bread anyways, on the run. No one came to check on us so we had to return to the counter and ask for the buttered bread. One of our two wine glasses was dirty with lipstick still on it. We had to get up and ask for a clean one. We were told that they would bring one to the table, it didn't happen until we asked once again. The salad bar was well stocked except that there was no lettuce for quite some time. We then waited for over an hour for our pizza. When we finally asked about it, we were told that it was in the oven?! It was served to us about 15 minutes later with the cheese barely melted and the dough was still raw...and no apologies, and no return service. It wasn't edible, they were to busy to care and we ended up taking it home.We have no desire to...

Phoned in an order, picked up my pizza . The girl at the counted didn't seem too friendly. My family and I found the pizza dry. I'm sure the dough was old. I use to manage a pizza location up north.I could tell it was old dough. We called to complaint, and manager said that yes..dough might have come from an old batch. He apologized abd offered me a discount for next time. I would of preffered a refund,honestly..I paid almost $30.00 for old pizza.I declined his offer because I dontI plan to visit the establishment ever again.

Good food, lively atmosphere PPK on the Park offers a solid dining experience with a decent salad bar and some tasty pizza options. The food hit the spot, and there’s enough variety to please a crowd. The vibe was definitely energetic…lots of big families and kids running around, which made things feel a little chaotic at times. If you’re looking for a quiet meal, maybe aim for off-peak hours. But if you’re in the mood for casual eats and a lively scene, it’s a fun spot to check out.
