We have a family-heirloom diamond ring that we wanted to have the diamond transferred to a new setting. We didn't have a familiar (or even recommended) jeweler to work with aside from the online reviews. Bella Jule had the most reviews, but at about 2 weeks before Christmas, a sign was posted that no repairs would be considered until at least after January 8, 2025. We were wishing to have the ring completed by or before Christmas (our own fault for waiting until the last minute). I went in to Liberty Jewelers on December 17. I was pleasantly greeted by Anna and Paden who gladly accepted our request and completed the order. I immediately felt they were very caring and had great suggestions to help us make our decision. The ring was completed exactly as promised, when promised and looks stunning, and completed before Christmas! 5 plus stars all around! I recently took in a Mothers ring that was my grandmother’s and had a birthstone replaced and another added with my grandfather’s birthstone. They also rechecked all the prongs and repaired what was needed. They did a fabulous job. Unfortunately I’m unable to take a picture. This is a gift for my aunts upcoming 91st birthday young.
