I have been a part of this community for over 30 years. In all my encounters with customer service, I have never been more insulted by a worker, then I was, at "Boot Barn." I had recently purchased a pair of boots, about a week ago. When I bought them, I was with my daughter, who was being impatient. I grabbed a pair, I thought were cute, tried them on, and bought them. I realized quickly, after putting them on. There was no way I was going to be wearing these boots anywhere. My feet were screaming! I took them off, and grabbed another pair of shoes. The next week I took them back to, "Boot Barn." I asked to speak with the manager. Seconds later, a man walks up, and I began to explain my issue. Before I could say anymore, This man cut me off by saying, we don't do returns for comfort issues. I honestly doubt this sir. I asked to speak with a different manager, and he told me she isn't there. I asked for her information and he told me I would just have to come back. I asked him again, is there any way I can just get my money back, I barely wear these boots. He looked me straight in the eyes, and told me, "No, you wear these, and we don't do returns on used items." I immediately, defended myself by explaining, I only had them on for a short time. He then, rudely accused me, with harsh judgement, by rubbing his finger down the seem of the boot saying, " There is dirt here, No, I won't do it!" I was so humiliated, and offended. I have shopped at " Boot Barn," for many years. I am a very loyal customer. My husband has an account, and I have spent a lot of money, at this specific location. I called the San Luis Obispo store, and Summer, the manager in SLO, helped me kindly with the return. She apologized for the indecency, and harsh behavior from the staff in Paso Robles. I really appreciated her consideration. However, I had to drive all the way to San Luis Obispo, to receive the help that I deserve, as a paying customer. The boots were clearly, brand new and barely worn. There was no dirt, and "Summer," Did solidify this fact. I am so utterly disappointed. I highly suggest, shopping in the San Luis Obispo location, if you want to be treated with respect. I truly believe this man should not be able to have any sort of leadership, ever! I couldn't imagine how he treats his employee's. Nobody, deserves to be treated in this way. Paso Robles "Boot Barn," you get no stars, or business from me, if that man is...

They have covered every single window with advertising. No sunlight . The store is so overstocked you can hardly move around the ranks of clothing. Totally a corporate store. They could care less about there customers. To bad .. it used to be my favorite store. I spent $$$$. $$ and $$$$. $$ over the years. Now, I spent it at our local western...
