Much better food than the other nearest location usually. My complaint is that their "Rewards" system had not worked for months and the employees get really irritated if you ask about it. I usually chose to go out of my way to eat at Wendy's because of points or "offers". I understand if the system is having some problems once in a while, but months??
Edit: Tried this location again. Customer service here is just awful it seems. Waited in line for what seemed like forever with one other family of about 5. Mostly young kids. There were multiple bags of orders sitting on the back counter by the chili stuff and about 5 people waiting for their orders. Other than that, there was only about 3 tables being used in the whole store. (The dining room was filled with flies and was very dirty.) Counter employee was ignoring us and chatting with another employee in the back most of the time we waited. I finally just got frustrated and took my family elsewhere. It was about 1:30pm.
I get that it is hard to fill positions at restaurants, but I blame managers/owners for not training and overseeing operations. Let employees know what is expected of them and then enforce it. There is no excuse for this terrible customer service and it really tarnishes the...
   Read moreIâm a long haul truck driver and stopped at this location this morning to grab a Breakfast Baconator. Being in my truck, I had to park on the side of I-15 and make a short half a mile hike to the restaurant. When I got to the restaurant, the lobby door was open so I went in and walked up to the counter. I stood at the counter for several minutes and none of the employees even looked up. Finally one of the employees walked over to another employee and conversed with him briefly before coming over to the counter to inform me that the dining room was closed. I told the employee that I just wanted to place a to go order so I could get back to my truck. He said that wouldnât be possible because the tills werenât set up. I am assuming that taking the order then making the long treacherous journey over to the drive in register was just to much to ask at such an early hour of the day. đ Customer Service is dead in 2022 đ

   Read moreThe quality of food at this location was pretty amazing. I think this was the best frosty I've ever had at any Wendy's my whole life, hands down. Also, the honey chicken, nuggets, other sandwiches and fries... Wonderful. The young man filling the orders didn't seem to concerned about getting the right order with the right bag. I had 7 orders. He put the sandwiches in first, then nuggets and fries, so, even if I wanted to see who's order it was, the sandwich was buried. Then the young man didn't know which sandwich was wrapped with. Then just started throwing sauces in random bags. Finally the app kept giving me the error, "extended price modifier required" and wouldn't let me check out. I showed it to the employee, there. He didn't know what to do, so we had to build the whole 7 person order again. Great food, mediocre service, app error prevented me from getting everything pre-ordered...
