Five Guys — Restaurant in Peachtree City

I have been wanting to give this place a try for quite a while now. I'd heard nothing but good reviews both from friends and online sources. "You'll never finish it all!" They said. "Best burger ever!" They said. I must say that I 100% disagree.

I ordered the regular size hamburger, little fries, and a drink for an eye-popping $12.30 after tax. It came with 2 patties, that appeared to be 1/8 lb pre-cooked weight. Where's the beef? It was totally lost in the bun. You get about the same amount of meat in a McDouble from McDonalds.... and that costs over $5 less. It was tasty, don't get me wrong. But not $12.30 tasty.

The fries are fresh cut, with a bit of skin left on. Not really crispy at all, a bit mushy in fact. You do get a good amount of them though, even with the "little" size.

Now, had this meal cost $6-7 instead of freaking $12.30, I might have given it 2 stars instead of 1. For the same money, I'd have been much better off going to Ruby Tuesday and getting one of their 1/2 lb burgers and fries. In fact, I might have had around a buck left over! This place is a complete rip-off in my book. The horrendous parking situation seals their fate for me.

My wife and I came for dinner; our order was promptly taken at the counter,and then was ready with very little wait. The burgers were great, and they were what we have come to expect at Five Guys. Restaurant appeared clean. All was good with our dining experience.

Newest review for 3/31/2023 visit: Worst visit we have had here even during Covid days. Changed them from a 5 Star to a 1 Star rating as of current visit. Drink machines for serve yourself NOT working; I asked about the unsweetened and sweet tea serve your self- again NOT working - which is not even affiliated with the soft drink dispensers. When I asked about the tea, dude was seen suddenly carting the tea urn out to the back, not to be replaced. Then both of the ketchup dispensers were empty. Otherwise burgers and fries good but less appealing because of lack of other services. We got bottled waters as drinks but otherwise were limited to paying for each refill. Was there anyone as manager in charge?? Did not appear to be. At almost $35 for two people to dine in, we do expect much more….burgers good, but,...

I hate leaving a negative review but I hate seeing this wonderful place turning into a mess. I just ordered three cheese burgers as shown on their receipt. As the receipt indicates, “no tomatoes, pickles and relish.” It had all the three even though the receipt says otherwise. It was missing the sauce I asked for.

If it was a busy day, I could have given them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were under pressure even though it doesn’t make it right, but could be at least justified. There was barely any customer there.

I was standing and waiting for my food and they had it sit there. What is happening to this place? I guess they are annoyed with having customer?

I am a business owner myself and this place seems to be turning into a mess from a customer service standpoint....
