Wendy's — Restaurant in Peachtree City

08/25 in town for a corporate conference and decided to ride through for a quick snack. Upon entering the drive thru and requested an large fry made to order and a small chocolate frosty. I paid my amount and the young lady gave me the frosty and large fry immediately. Looking at the fries I knew they were old, I informed her again I requested it made to order. She asked me to pull up by trash can, waited not even a min and young man came out with the same fries refried. I said' " was these the old fries refried?" He stated, yes. I requested a refund. Upon parking and walking in the lobby they were talking about me and laughing. The same man said" she bite into them and knew they were old. I requested a manager (black male with dreads) came from drive thru side. I asked was he okay with them handing out refried old food, he lied to my face and stated he dropped the fries his self. What he fail to realize I have worked fir fast food before and I know when something has been refried. The sad part about this, there were 2 customers inside eating and no one in drive thru. There were no reason to hand out old food, just simply drop enough for a large fry. I paid by credit card but was given cash, cash refund receipt stated $7.04 but was given $7.18 even though I only paid $6.18. Wendy's just don't have lazy people working for them, they have some just can't do simple math. I expect better from a place sitting on...

I have been here a few times and the service has been okay at best. I had my first experience dining in today with my kids, noone said a word to me while I was standing there waiting for help then my son noticed the kiask. I then placed my order and got a baconator, chicken sandwich and fries. Once we got the food and sat down my son opened is baconator and it has barely any bacon on it, I checked below the other patty and it was a very small amount maybe 1 slice riped up on it. After checking the website and photos it should clearly have more on it. I went to the front with it and asked if that was normal and before the employee who was looking funny at it could say anything the manager said it looked fine. I'm not one to complain much but for the price they are now I would much rather go to a real restaurant. Also everything was lukewarm considering it was just made. Will not be going back...

I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with 3 rude and incompetent employees in my very brief drive thru visit. I simply wanted to order one cheeseburger. They asked kids or adult size? I asked what the size difference is. The employee didn't know, so a rude woman jumped on the mic and said 2 oz vs 4 oz. I ordered the adult size. When I got the the window I had sticker shock that the burger was over six dollars considering a whole kids meal cost less than 5! I can go to a real restaurant and get a better burger for that price. I asked to change it to the kids size and yet another rude and incompetent employee had to shout for who I assume was the manager. I asked how much was the kids burger and she said "I DONT KNOW, THE MENU WAS BACK THERE AND YOU ORDERED AN ADULT BURGER!" At that point I knew I would not give this establishment a dime, nor would I ever return. Burger King never...
