Still love the food, But the service Mgmt.. not so good
Be careful about your lunch eggroll portion size, I went there on my lunch and ask for avocado eggs roles and received half the portion and was told that they have not changed. Of course, I spoke with the Lady Manager who was rude and hung up on me when I questioned the serving portion before hanging up stated a gift card will be waiting in the office, and offered me a gift card, I paid cash and she would not give me my money back said the drawer was closed out. I know that was a lie because the person's shift was not over and I bought the food about 15 minutes prior.. . I was outside eating and when I went into the TSUNAMI, they still had an attitude and was very sarcastic nasty,.. you know how that is. While talking to her she continued to try and Overtalk you. I told her to just be quiet while I talk. She finally said I will make another order I stated I did not want another order... But said go ahead since she kept insisting. Although that portion was enough and I was full. it was the principle and about integrity... Low and behold when the cashier bought the other one out it was the correct size, that told me she knew I was not being petty. I just called them out on it, she did not even bring me my order she had someone else bring it. So a word to the unwise, you get caught in lies sometimes trying to use unbalanced scales... Have integrity... People and I will still come and eat there, but you better believe it... I can not be the only one who complained. Or maybe I am the one who called them out. And yes I put a five because the food is good.
IF YOUR AVOCADO ROLLS ARE NOT THIS SIZE. THEY ARE TRYING TO PLAY YOU. This is the normal size the ones they gave me at first moved around my container like Dominos... and that is not...

A group of us ordered take out and were told we could order margaritas to go, so we did. When I arrived, the hostess went to the bar to get them. When she returned she kindly and profusely apologized that she was told they are not allowed to place lids on them. At this point I asked if she could just GIVE me lids, to which a female manager (?), who did not even introduce herself, came up and said “NO, we can’t give you a lid or put one on it. It’s a new law and the city won’t allow it. You can order a pitcher and we can put a lid on it, but we can’t on those.” She went on about something with ordering them from a back window, etc. I didn’t care about any of that. I cared about the legality of driving down the road with two open cups of alcohol. She did not care or give any sentiment and seemed to scoff as she walked away.
The hostess was kind and felt very terrible, but the manager - if that’s even who she is - was quite rude, unprofessional, and in my opinion endangering safety. If I can have a lid on a to go pitcher, what’s the difference in a cup? If it truly is illegal as she stated, why are you offering to go margaritas? And I’d like to see this “new law,” and also not be addressed so...
Read moreUpdate: I wrote this review over a year ago and want to update that a few months ago in April we discovered their kids menu which is delicious!! Their chicken tenders are home made and generous for $5! We ate lunch outside overlooking the spray fountains. They also have a cool window at the playground to order from. We have moved and will miss them!
Original review from 2023: We had very good service, quickly served and very friendly and knowledgeable waitress! Katie C. gave feedback, suggestions, super friendly and we really liked her. I loved the rich man taco and mahi taco!! Wasn’t a fan of the Korean carnitas but just not my preference with the sweet sauce. Would love to see regular carnitas tacos as that’s my typical choice. For sides the cucumber salad a little boring. We thought the sangria flight was so cool! Loved the red, white and watermelon sangria. Pear a little too much pear juice. For someone who loves really sweet they would like it.
The two things that would make it better would be chips and salsa like some Latin restaurants offer with your meal and a more common desert choice as the three offered are uncommon preferences. We’d have loved to see a key lime pie, cheesecake or something of this nature.
We had a great meal and experience overall! Katie definitely played a big...
