Willy's Mexicana Grill — Restaurant in Peachtree Corners

I love Willie's let's just start here. Willie's is running a brisket campaign really good but you have to go to a different Willie's not this Willie's. I've came on more than one occasion at least three times since Willie's started the brisket campaign. Every time I come usually around 7:00 6:30 they never have the brisket they always have to make it. I'm talking like he goes all the way in the back to get it and he gets just a little bit. This just passed Friday he got so little and I wanted a double order. But they got the steak and chicken abundance. What that manager or owner does not know is that I'm only coming there for the brisket. So now I go to the Willy's on Lavista they do it right. There is definitely something going on with the brisket at this Willie's I don't know why. I will come back in about a year or so. But I'd rather drive an extra 20 minutes to get what I asked for then they have a guy in the back running to go make brisket every time butt he has pans and pans of chicken and steak. And for those of you all who know he shakes the spoon like a prison guard. Stay away from this Willies. Let's just show the owner how obvious it is he doesn't want to serve brisket. Oh and before he replies it...

It takes a lot for me to write a scathing review. This is my first in a long time.

I placed an online order after a long day of traveling with a toddler. I arrived a bit early, so I was fine with waiting until my specified order time. Every single thing was wrong.

The manager did not ask if he could help me nicely, I had to tell him I was there for an online order pick up and he was simply like “well it’s not ready yet”. Him and two other employees then proceeded to help a line of customers in the store before tending to my order.

Ordered chicken tacos, as you can see, no chicken in my tacos.

Ordered a Sinaloa chicken quesadilla kids meal, as you can see, no chicken in the quesadilla.

They forgot my medium cup of queso, but luckily my husband caught this and reminded them before we got all the bags and left. Good thing!

Ordered plain milk, got chocolate milk.

In fairness, the manager gave us an incorrect burrito that he had from the previous order to make up for the wait, and that was nice. I am usually someone who trusts that my order will be (mostly) right and not be that person who has to check before leaving, but you might want to do a check here. At least make sure you have meat...

It was ok. My husband took me there tonight for the first time. The Hispanic man who took our order was not very friendly. I walked up to the counter, I said hi and smiled and he just looked at me like just tell me what you want. I wasn’t sure where to start, I told him I wanted the southwest salad with no beans, he said do you want it the way it comes or do you want to tell me what you want. I said I’ll tell you what I want and he just stood there. I said ok, where do we start, he said I don’t know you tell me. The side of the counter I was on was far from where he was facing with all the sides, the chicken was close to me, so I’m like when do I tell him I want chicken cause he’s all the way over there, it just felt like he wanted to be rude to me. I will never go there again. Sorry Chipotle for trying to cheat on you. As far as the actual food, it wasn’t bad, it was fresh but way too much lettuce and not enough chicken which is expected in these types of places unless you say extra chicken.
