Sucks that this place is going down. They’re hiring kids with attitudes. I ordered a patty melt with mushrooms and the Hispanic chick, with the glasses, at the drive thru, got an attitude when i I politely told her the mushrooms weren’t on there. Then she passively said it would take 2 minutes which I told her was fine. Then when I was asking why my tater tots were filled up half way to the fries container, she said it’s in a bigger cup than what it’s served in. Okay cool, they didn’t have the proper sizing for the medium sized combo meal tater tots, But so bothered by just answering a question and doing her job. I’m in the food service industry myself, so i know to not be rude or excessive, but this girl wanted to make it known how bothered she was to do her job. It’s not hard to just attend to guests and be professional. Regardless of the kitchen or her getting the order wrong or the lack of inventory supplied for the proper sizing of packaging, there is no excuse for poor behavior towards guests. It starts with management! This is at least the fourth time I’ve had to go back and correct my order at this location! I’ve excused it before because of how young the employees were and they fixed it without a problem! They just fixed it in the past and took accountability! It’s been going down hill from here. Get over it and stop being so sensitive to attending guest because that’s what it’s like to work for the food service industry! I have always and will continue to be kind and considerate to everyone especially the people who serve you food! Check your orders before driving off at this location! Read moreAfter setting in the drive thru for 10 mins waiting on my order, I ask for them NOT to make my ice cream till I get my hot food. I ask for my fries to be extra extra crispy. WELL, the ice was ready when I got to the window and melted, I explained I did not want my ice cream melted when it was handed to me. My fries were no where close to being crispy. I sent the ice cream back and ask for it to be re-made. The cup I sent back was the same one handed back to me with extra cool whip on the melted ice cream. I ask for the manager, the person that came to the window did not display manager material.he said he thought it was funny I had to wait for him to come to the window and said now it really melted all because you had to wait for me. I said no, I want this re-made. He said no he was not going to re-make it. I ask to speak to his district manager. He called the district manage and I explained to him what happened and that he has a long line waiting behind me and I’m not moving till I get what I paid for. The district manager (on speaker phone) told the manager to re-do my food. I said no, all I want is the ice cream redone. Many times over I heard the young immature manager tell his district manager NO, he would not redo it. He walked away and I motioned for another employee to come to the window. Due to the fact another employee came over and I handed him the melted ice cream they had no choice but re-make it. This is the absolute worse service I have ever gotten. Read moreThis place is a mess. My second time coming and we went to the drive-through. Ordered our food and waited so long at the window to get two meals. Specifically ordered one of the burgers plain and dry with only pickles. It came out with sauce on it and my daughter won’t eat sauce so we drove back around.
They told us to park in a parking spot and they would bring it to us. Currently have been waiting about 12 minutes in the parking spot when all they had to do was put a new bun on top and new pickles..The sauce was not even on the meat. It should’ve been right the first time and now they are dragging this along. Not sure what is going on, but they need to get it together. The guy at the drive-through was too concerned about chitchatting with the car in front of us and getting their phone number rather than getting us the correct order . I’ve seen multiple people walk out with their food and still nothing…
Update we finally went in and they completely forgot about us out waiting! They were perplexed on what we were even asking for by that time. They were chitchatting and horse playing, and didn’t give a damn about my order. The manager apologized and said my food will be free next time, but we sure as heck...
