Read moreMy daughter and I frequented Fusion Oasis (the boba place that was here before) and when we saw that it was changing to Haraz Coffee we couldn’t wait to see if our favorite Tiger Sugar Milk boba drink would still be available. When we finally went today we were sad to see that the drink wasn’t there anymore, but I was very excited to see all the new drinks that were offered as well as the beautiful makeover the place got. My daughter was pretty disappointed so the owner offered her a sample of the chocolate cake and the caramel cream cake and it made her day! The owner (I believe who we spoke to was the owner) was super sweet and helpful, he didn’t have to do that for her. Also, since I’m pretty new when it comes to coffee, he explained the origins of the coffee beans and how they were harvested in Yemen. It made me want to try everything even more! It truly makes a difference when the owners take the time with you like that, at least in my case. I tried both cake samples that he gave my daughter and OMG! The caramel cream cake was absolutely incredible! So delicious and light and not overly sweet. Absolutely perfect. I got myself a hot chocolate and it is so creamy and delicious. Not overly rich either, I can’t stand when hot chocolate is super rich and I feel like I need to drink a gallon of water
While we were waiting for my hot chocolate to be made i saw another table had ordered a pot of coffee and the presentation was absolutely beautiful! You can tell the business takes pride in their work and have standards not met by most. I’mEven though we’re gonna miss our old place, we’re very excited to try the new drinks being offered...
Read moreThis is the perfect example of when terrible service ruins your delicious product. It’s a pain coming here every single time. The coffee is amazing and we crave it all of the time but the bad service is enough to hold us back from returning. We’ve even tried ordering ahead of time up to 20 minutes in advanced and it’s still a hassle to simply get our order. They take forever to prepare the orders, and we always end up leaving with a cold coffee because it just sits behind the counter before they ever let us know it’s ready or they simply forget us altogether. Today we stopped by because it’s Monday, we figured it wouldn’t be busy so we said “what the heck, we’re craving it” there was only one other table there and they managed to screw up our order and once again, never called us when the coffee was ready. Why do they give us a number when we order if they’re not going to call it when the order is ready? Our drinks just sat there in the back counter, I had to go up and check on it myself and let the guy know that that was my order. He looked confused and didn’t know what was going on. The product is amazing, the staff not so much. At this point we’d rather go to Black Rock Coffee across the street just to avoid...
