If you're craving something fast, fresh, and full of flavor, Piada Italian Street Food is an absolute standout in the fast-casual space. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is clean, modern, and welcoming, with an open kitchen that lets you see your meal come to life. The star of the show? The Piada itself itâs a thin, Italian-style flatbread that's freshly grilled and rolled with your choice of savory fillings. I went with the Chefâs Favorite Piada, and it truly lived up to the name. The combination of roasted chicken, spicy diavolo sauce, crisp romaine, mozzarella, and creamy parmesan dressing was perfectly balanced. Every bite had texture, flavor, and just the right amount of heat. The tossed pasta bowl was another winâal dente angel hair pasta with robust tomato sauce, fresh vegetables, and a generous shaving of parmesan. Itâs hearty without being heavy, and customizable for just about any dietary need. One of the best parts about Piada is how fresh and flexible everything is. Whether you're vegetarian, gluten-sensitive, or just particular about ingredients, the build-your-own format lets you craft a meal thatâs both satisfying and personalized. So far as the service the staff was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and fast. Despite a steady lunch crowd, the line moved quickly, and the team behind the counter kept things flowing smoothly while still taking the time to offer suggestions or answer questions and chef Holly is just amazing OMG!! someone give that woman a raise!! I absolutely loved the atmosphere the space feels a step above typical fast foodâsleek wooden tables, natural lighting, and a laid-back vibe that invites you to stay a while, even though the service is built for speed. With all that being said my final thoughts on this particular Piada is this is what happens when Italian street food meets modern convenienceâand it works. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or a casual dinner, youâll walk away full, happy, and already planning your next visit. Itâs quality food without the wait or the high price tag. Highly recommend the Chefâs Favorite, the Basil Pesto Pasta, and donât skip the salted caramel cookies for a sweet finish. Thank you Piada, Chef Holly and the rest of the crew for the pleasurable experience definitely will be...
Read moreSpent nearly $67 for a family of 4 & every single person was very disappointed with their meals, unfortunately. â˘Carbonara Pasta- had only 3 tiny pieces of dried chicken, burnt bacon and zero flavor. â˘Avocado Piada with added grilled chicken and spicy hot chicken. Grilled chicken was burnt and dry, spicy hot chicken is fried and was very dry and hard, super salty, wrap was dry and breaking up, felt like paper. â˘Chicken Alfredo Pasta was created and zero flavor on the sauce and the chicken was dry and burnt â˘BLT Piada- dry wrap was breaking apart, and was cold, had a miserable small amount of dried burnt chicken, extra crispy nearly burnt bacon. â˘Meatball Marina pocket was a disappointment as well. Hot pockets are better. We definitely prefer Carrabba's Italian Restaurant but if we want to lower our standards, we will pick up at Olive Garden and we end up with a decent dinner. This place was just not it. I will stick to Cava! Their chicken is moist. Unfortunately, we are all still hungry. We didnt finish our meals. I dont know if it was a bad night for the cooks but they need a better way to keep this chicken warm without it being overly dry and that fried chicken was awful. Lay off the salt! Dont burn your meat people. The service was nice, place is clean, and conveniently located. But the food looks nothing like the pictures. At least mine didn't. I will post pictures. Plus, this isn't...
Read moreThe food was amazing but I wish I could say the same about the service. I had a very unsettling experience during my first visit. The employee taking and preparing my order, a white male with glasses, seemed frustrated and repeatedly got my order wrong. At first, he gave me the wrong protein, which I politely corrected. Then, he began making the wrong bowl of pasta. The cashier even looked at me and confirmed that I had ordered the carbonara, not a bowl with pesto. When I corrected him again, he became visibly angry and said to the other employee, âWell, you come make this, I keep messing up,â before throwing the spoon he was holding. His reaction was aggressive and honestly scary, not only to me but also to the cashier and other customers who seemed concerned. This behavior made me feel very uncomfortable, and I believe itâs something that should be addressed to ensure a safe and respectful environment for both...
