Yesterday I came to this location and there was only one worker there by the name of Kerry he was taking out the trash when I came I patiently waited for him to come back into the store, once he came back he washed his hands very throughly and took my order while he rang my order up he put my pretzel in the oven which came out perfect by the way no burning or charring on it, was very excellent. He took another customers order while I was waiting for mine, after washing his hands again very throughly he made the other customers order and passed them their smoothie order his service was extremely impeccable and excellent I havenāt seen a hard worker there for awhile Iāve been to the other location in cinco ranch and have only seen him to be the best worker especially since he works by himself every time I come in I only came to the pearland location because I heard he works there and only wanted his excellent service after running errands/ going to the gym. The last time I went to cinco ranch location there was a worker there he looked to be of an asian decent (not racial profiling just forgot his name) he was smoking on a vape in front of customers and blowing smoke in there faces which I thought was extremely unsanitary and very disrespectful at that not to mention he was extremely rude to customers and burnt customers food seems like he just didnāt want to be there from my experience and with vape smoke filling the stores air I would not feel safe with getting any food there while he is there I prefer if Kerry was there compared to any other workers you have but I would like to visit cinco ranch, pearland or any location the worker Kerry is at because he has the the best customer service experience I have ever seen and I feel safe knowing my food wonāt be contaminated or burnt in spite of a rush or not wanting to be at work I hope you guys consider giving this worker a raise because he goes above and beyond to give his customers a great service and clean...

Walked in today may 17 around 3:50pm I order an aƧaĆ primo bowl added Nutella and peanut butter paid and sat waiting for my order when the manager from where she was screamed you didnāt charge her for the peanut butter or Nutella so I got close to the register and I said itās ok charge me if you have to.. she proceeded to charge me for 2 cheese dips to what I told her you are charging me for something completely different not for the Nutella and peanut butter she said each topping is 99cents I told her so why isnāt there a charge on your menu there is for coconut whip and waffle pieces but not for Nutella or peanut butter and her reply was do you want it or not I told her I would pay but I would contact coorporate. I asked her for my receipts and made me wait over 20 minutes for her to tell me she couldnāt print them out and said she would make up some receipts to give me something. She didnāt give me my original receipts she gave me some made up receipts and didnāt even ring up the order as I ordered it, and I asked her to write down the original order number but I donāt even know if itās the correct one. I have been a customer for over 10 years and this is my 2 complaint within 30 days about two different locations! The customer service today at Pearland was so very poor, I will never return! This associate who took my order was highly incompetent and extremely rude. I informed him that I wanted oat milk and it seemed as though that disturbed him, I then asked if the drink could be made thick due to hot weather and I hate watery smoothies, he replies, āwell..sometimes they just come out watery!ā. My juice literally came to me like WATER!
This is so upsetting! I called when leaving to speak with management and I recognized the associates voice who took my order, I asked to speak with manager, he recognized my voice and states āthat would be meā and hangs up in my face!
