Wendy's — Restaurant in Pearland

The management is terrible here. If you're caucasian looking for a job, good luck getting hired here for that they dont have not even 1 employee that isnt dark skin which is kudos to them, but lack a lot of diversity. Very unprofessional. The barbeque here taste like it passed its due dates. The restroom is always dirty. It takes forever to get your meal. The burgers be cold. They're always out of supply here. Some of the black trays be very slippery and greasy which is a bit disgusting. The trash cans here utterly stinks and brings a bad smell to the place while all what the employees here do is only try and keep the smell hidden "the best they can". The place ALWAYS have a huge wet floor next to the soda machine where someone CAN SLIP AND INJURE THEMSELVES as it makes you wonder "what are they trying to do to solve the wet floor problem"?? The floor is ALWAYS sticky as if someone dropped soda then hurried up to clean it up, but not fully do so. The chicken nuggets does not taste right and always has a salty taste for no reason. There are children that dont drink soda and soda is the main thing that is accessible here with them always running out of many drinks on a daily. With that being said, it is 9 times out of 10 that you WILL NOT be drinking your favorite drink here as Cherry Coca-Cola is like the only thing offered here. The water taste terrible and it WILL mess up your stomach a bit.... No good water, no good place. If you like ice cream, your ice cream will literally be ice and water killing the flavor..... Its not normal. They leave the ice cream inside the freezer for DAYS.

I pick burgerking any day. If not, a different Wendy's that isnt located here. DO NOT COME HERE

Staff is completely unprofessional. Each time I have went to this location there has always been an incident, but I am a very patient person and am willing to give multiple chances. The first time I went the food was great, and I was in and out in 5 minutes, but one of the staff thought it was a good idea to comment on my physical appearance which made me completely uncomfortable. The second time I went I ordered then was instructed to pull into the mobile order area which I was okay with doing. Now keep in mind I only ordered a lemonade and a baked potato since I was on my lunch break. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting watching other people get their food first. Finally when I had enough I went inside and the manager im guessing greeted me very rudely. They hadn’t even started on my order yet which took them about 1 minute so I don’t understand why I was instructed to wait in the mobile order area. Dont come here unless you want some sort of problem. They need a completely new team if they want...

Poor service, sandwiches appearance is very sloppy as if it was thrown together. Personally i would like for my food to look appealing/appetizing before i eat it. I also had to wait in line just for my receipt. I thought you get your receipt after you pay for your order or it is accompanied with your meal. In addition Class a CDL Drivers do not get a first responders free meal nor a discount. But i would like ask the Wendy's food chain, who is out making the deliveries so you guys can continue to function during this time of cov.19 pandemic while you guys are safe at home with your families.
