My wife and myself were in the mood for Pho for dinner this evening and Pho Nguyen popped up in a Google Search.
The first things we noticed got us to a table. Got to have at least these three for us not to look for someplace else to eat.
We ordered Vietnamese Egg Rolls and Shrimp Dumplings. Both were just about perfect. Maybe a bit over crispy but not burnt. Next time we will ask the chef to back it off a bit. Came with appropriate sauces/spices plus had Plum Sauce and several hot to very hot Sauces on the table.
For our Entree, we both ordered the Large P5: Beef Soup with Rib Eye, Flank Steak and Brisket with Noodles. Also came with the standard items, Mint Leaves, Lime wedges, Bean Sprouts and sliced Jalapeno peppers.
Again, a Perfect Dish. The beef broth was amazing with a large amount of meat and noodles.
The server and service was excellent. Had some decent music playing in the background,
Was a good choice for a Sunday evening meal. We will definitely suggest this place to friends and come back...
Read moreI was at this Pho restaurant today and I was rather impressed. If you want delicious authentic pho soup you need to come here. This is the best Pho restaurant I've been to and believe me I've tried many other Pho restaurants. The soup was so flavorful and delicious. They give you huge soup portions with lots of meat & noodles. The boba teas are also good. We had the P2 soup, fried tempura shrimp, and a taro & brown sugar boba teas. The owner served us and he was so nice and friendly. You gotta try this place. I will definitely be back. If I could give them 10 stars I would. For those who think the prices are high let me tell you that you are getting your money's worth. The portions are huge and the food is fresh and delicious. I couldn't even finish all of my soup of how huge it was. I highly...
Read moreThe pho in this restaurant was delicious this Asian cuisine restaurant was amazing. the soup was amazing I order pho number two! after I was kindly invited to seat in a table with a number 7, I Google it and Nguyen was the last ruling family of Vietnam. I went for lunch and for dinner on the same day I order Pho number one with a lot of meat, hard for me to tell what part of the meat I was eating but it was delicious, made me go through the big one in few minutes they gave us some sprout to put in the soup and I also put chili paste. I knew the AC was cold but I was sweating because of the food frenzy I was so relax after drinking some water. Expensive for a soup I don't think. I'll be back with all my Pembroke Pines family, my son loved...
