Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

I came to this location plenty of times before and I never really critiqued the service but from now on I will IF I ever decide to go back again. I came here with my boyfriend and we sat on the left side of the restaurant we were in the small booths, the only separation between the register and I was a wooden border and from where I was sitting I could look to the right and see the side of the bar. Anyway, we ordered our food, the waitress seemed nice but she gave us the vibe that she was annoyed, so we didn't bother asking her for any thing besides the check. Our food came out it was good the food was hot, but as I prepared to dig in I noticed my fork had little white stains on it which is gross. Our waitress kept walking away fast, so I'm thinking I'll just ask this guy ringing up a order if he could pass me one because they were literally right in back of him. I waved at him "sorry sir excuse me sir, hi, sir excuse me" he ignored the living hell out of me, the music wasn't loud and I caught a guy attention from the bar so I know for sure this guy could hear and see me waving him down we were less than 4 ft away from each other. His head wasn't even down, another waitress came up and he walked away with her to the back area. I thought F%&# it!! I got up and got it myself, I guess I work at Chillis now. From that point on I was annoyed, I didn't even care if my waitress came back or not because I didn't want to talk to any of them, Im not kidding she never onced asked if we needed anything after serving our meal. My boyfriend also ordered a side of corn and broccoli instead of fries, the waitress bought the fries anyway and when he let her know she took the fries holder off of his plate😐 and sat it in the middle of the table then disappeared into the abyss. We waited for the broccoli it never came out. We wanted to pay at the Ziosk on the table but it didnt accept cards with chips, so we were forced to wait on this waitress again. I have tipped these places atleast 30% on my bill EVERY TIME I came, today after a result of everything I gave 5.00 since we felt unwelcomed to ask for anything. It'll be a while before I come back, If I ever decide to because we could have went to La Carreta across the street or literally any other restaurant in Miramar because there are PLENTY who's super delicious with good service so keep this up, customer's will explore...

If I could give it a no star I would. This place should be shut down not more so for the service but for sanitary reasons. Upon entering, we first noticed everything was in a complete disarray. Empty tables that seemed as if they haven't been cleaned for hours. I wanted to leave however my boyfriend was starving. We waited for 15 minutes for someone to finally ask us if we have been helped. I'm like are you serious? Do you think we are just standing here catching flies?! But before she could seat us, she said give her a minute to clean a table, since the majority of them were filthy with left over plates. When we finally sat down, the table was wet with a small pool of water. To make matters worst, there was a huge tray of left over plates behind us. When my boyfriend asked one of the employees to remove it, he stared at him with a quirky smile and walked away. Soon after our waiter came and gave us two glasses of water. When you think matters couldn't get any worst, my boyfriend glass had someones leftover chewing gum on it. He asked our waiter about it and he replied "it was just a piece of paper" SMH, so I guess we are blind and dumb, since we can't tell the difference between gum and paper! I told him just give us bottled water, however, he said there were no more in stock. Humm... I wonder why?! Maybe because all your customers received gum water. When the appetizer arrived the miniature burgers were cold, so we asked our waiter for fresh burgers. He grabbed the ones off our plate and came back 10 minutes later with the same ones that appeared as if they were over cooked in the microwave. A few minutes later, our main course came. We had no utencils and notified our waiter. It took him 10 minutes to come back proclaiming they were all being washed. I was like just give us plastic utensils instead of having us wait! We ordered the fajita and every topping for it was placed on one plate. We were so disgusted by everything that our hunger just went away. If you want a sloppy, unsanitary, and poor operated location this is definitely your place! Corporate needs to close that...

Last night 6/30/16 , I left my clean home to go to a dirty restaurant. I first waited 15 min to be seated no hostess no wait time nothing .. Just sitting at the front waiting . I then decided to sit myself in the bar area .. 4 tables occupied all but one table is dirty from guest that had been gone for at least 25 min. I know this because I waited 15 min the server didn't come by till about 10 min later .. There is about 12 tables in the bar area 4 tables occupied all the rest dirty, menus on the floor, the broom and the dust pan on the floor next to the table that I sat in.. I asked to speak with the manager when she came over (Yolanda ) I think she said her name was .. She was the furthest from a restaurant manager.. I told her that the bar area was disgusting and she needed to have someone clean it up. showed her the broom and the dust pan . The only thing she could say is I don't know why she left that there.. I can seat you at another table she said .. I don't know how you waited so long to be seated I've been checking on the front seating people myself .. No apologies for the condition of the place .. Nothing but excuses , I couldn't listen to her excuses anymore I finally said if this is your standards I will except that . I will see you on the news when the state closes this place .. I was with friends that loves Chili's they wanted to eat but settled for chips and salsa and a drink I had two beers and would not dare to touch the food . Not even the chips and salsa .. Based on the condition of the dining area that the guest see I was not taking the chance with what was coming from the kitchen .. It took 30 min for the area to be cleaned which tells me that the manager was asking me to leave in her own way .. Guest at Chilis are not treated well the condition of the restaurant speaks to how much they care about the guest .. I don't know what are the qualifications to be a restaurant manager at Chilis but the standards are to low for me . The experience was beyond...
