Came back and was disappointed. Employees need to be more friendly. We weren’t even greeted when we came in or got to the register. Employees just looked at us until we finally greeted them. Please talk to employees about treating customers better.
Coffee is always good as are the donuts.
Jan 2024 - have returned several times since my last review and we always get good coffee and it’s always hot and ready for us when we walk in since we order through the app. However, this last visit we actually came inside and went to the counter. Once again, terrible customer service at the counter. It wasn’t a busy day, but the young man left us waiting quite some time because he was refilling the coffee beans. Which is fine because I understand work duties have to be fulfilled, but he should at the very least greet the customer and say I’ll be right with you. That didn’t happen. When he was finished, he walked off the back, without looking at us, and returned to the register without saying a word…he didn’t even greet me. I had to greet him, but he didn’t even reply…I was really perplexed at his attitude.
Maybe he was having a bad day, but I wasn’t impressed with his service.
The other employee was super sweet…she saw me waiting and quickly informed me that she was making fresh coffee. Very good service. The other employee remained by the register looking at his phone.

Read moreI placed the order online. Went there at the time of pickup and nothing was ready. Tried telling 4 of them that my order was not there on the pickup shelf, no one understood. Walked to the counter and had this very nice customer who helped me because obviously no one spoke English there. Not to mention the worker in black polo shirt took my phone while trying to tell the other worker to make my coffee. Who does that? My phone is my personal item and if you wanted to look at my online order, ask me and type it down on your computer, not taking my phone with private informations and walk around ordering someone to make my order. Waited for my coffee and they got my order wrong. From a medium size americano turned into a small size of coffee with cream. Again, she took my phone with my order and still got it wrong. The same nice lady helped translating into Spanish to the worker. When I tried to make sure they got my order right, the same worker in black replied rudely back. If you knew my order in the first place, it wouldn’t be missing or wrong. I would give a ZERO star to the service if I could. Horrible service mind...
Read moreI ordered and Iced Coffee with Splenda and Skim Milk. I asked the server if she could put in a little extra skim milk. The fun started when she said they did not have skim milk. So I asked her how she made my coffee if there wasn't any skim milk. My mistake was assuming she spoke English. Luckily another very nice server stepped in and dumped out the concoction and made my coffee correctly. I won't fault the wait time; the store was very busy, and they were working as fast as they could.
I wrote the original review late in 2017. I went back for another visit in December 2020, and the staff was even worse than before if that is possible. There was one couple at the counter when I walked in. The woman and the clerk were busily gossiping in Spanish. They were not waiting for food to cook because the couple had not even ordered yet. I don't know how long the gossip fest continued because i walked out after waiting about 7 or 8 minutes. I drove up the road about two miles to another Dunkin where the service was excellent, the staff friendly, and the coffee great.
