I have to say that this business here is not good at all, you spend between 20-30 dollars for a salad and on top of that the salad is spread throughout the plate or carton bowl so that it may look as if you are getting a full salad when you are actually getting half of the salad which is really terrible and sad what have businesses come down to so sad. Now, I can also say that staff is not friendly and everyone looks rude until u get to the cash register to pay when the question for tip is being asked and this is when some want to act friendly, what a world we live in, I understand a lot of people love off tips but if you are going to treat me like trash at the very beginning and give such a horrible impression and then try to make it right when it comes down for me to tip you then guess what u are so wrong and u r not getting a tip off of me, you may try to catfish someone else but not me at all. This place is very stingy for the amount of money spent for a salad, and on top of this expired food 🍱, when I went there one of the guys served me a rotten, spoiled avocado and of course when I checked it and saw it I was like “what is wrong with you are you trying to food poison me ?” Oh and then after exchanging a few words the guy changed the avocado, then they try to give you products that either not ready to be served or rotten \spoiled and health department should get involved here to investigate these business. Read moreWhat a terrible experience (2/15 at 7:45pm). As a vegan with little options in the area, I was excited to try this place for the first time. I ordered 2 of the Chipotle Cowboy Salads with the vegan chicken on top. Drove 25 minutes home to find that they did not add any of the chicken to the second salad. I was in utter shock. I didn’t order online, I literally ordered it at the location. I drive all the way back another 25 minutes to the Hiatus location only to be greeted by 2 young ladies who were blatantly RUDE. Not only did they not apologize but they were visibly annoyed when I asked if one of the salads could be re-made (the salad has avocado which was already browned after the hour trip). She responded with “I can just put the chicken on top”. I had to ask a second time. She scoffed as her coworker rolled her eyes and continued speaking to another co-worker. Then my favorite part... “oh, it’s gonna be a few minutes because there’s no chicken ready and we have to cook it in the oven”. I guess that explains why they didn’t add it to the salad to begin with. I hope their laziness was worth the owner losing a potential repeat customer. In these trying times, people are looking for warm food and some simple kindness and etiquette. There are nurses and other medical professionals who work hard and simply expect their order to be made correctly and to be treated with respect. Read moreI wanted to try this place since I found it on the TooGoodToGo app. I was new to the app and there aren’t very many places in my area but decided why not try this place out. When I arrived and told the person at the counter I was doing a pick up for the app I was treated as if I smelled..that’s honestly the best way to describe it. She barely looked at me and simply asked if I had any allergies..then proceeded to ask the manager on duty what she can give me. I know it’s a surprise bag..not a problem..but it was close to them closing and I could clearly see they had plenty of proteins to give me but decided I looked like a person who needed some tofu in my life and not the whole thing of chicken they had, lol! I will say the brussel sprouts were good but overall I will never make my way back there. The way I was treated was not OK. I paid for my meal…albeit for a lesser price but that doesn’t mean I should be treated like I’m picking up scraps and don’t deserve a decent meal. Educate the staff on the app and let them know we are paying customers and should be treated as such.
