I want to express my gratitude to the two gentleman who assisted my mother and I in purchasing a mirror. They were able to keep it on hold for us, despite our two unsuccessful attempts to use Uber due to the mirrorās size. However, on the third attempt, we were fortunate enough to get a vehicle that was large enough. The two gentleman was incredibly helpful and pleasant throughout the process. He even offered to hold the mirror for us for an additional two days if we were unable to get a vehicle for that day

However, I hope they read this review and realize that on September 15th, they played a crucial role in helping my mother and me. Henry, the young lady who is tall, short hair & an accent, and the two gentlemen were all incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout our experience. They are always pleasant when we come to shop. Very abrupt and did not know what she was talking about. Demanded that I know the employee who said it would be upfront and did not even bother to look to see if it was there. Openly demanding I go to the back of the line until I straightened it out. I was so embarrassed and as I was going - there was the piece of furniture sitting where it should be. Thank God for the lady at the next register who was so kind and said she would take care of me. Tonight as I was waiting to sign and load up the piece of furniture, the manager interrupted the guy and proceeded to reprimand him right in front of everyone. Today I went in and found the perfect rug that would match my new furniture. I didnt bring the right debit card with me so i asked a lady in the front if she could put it on hold for me. She directed me to an old man who wrote my name on a sticky note put "on hold" and just sticked it on the rug. I asked him several times if this was all i needed to do for my rug to be for sure on hold until i come back within the hour and he assured me yes every time. When I came back the same day an hour later, the staff had no idea what I was talking about nor where my rug was.
