The 1st young lady started waiting on me and I heard her say "wait what just happened to this thing?" Referring to the register. Then she asked me what I wanted then repeated her comment about the register. Another girl came over and took a peek and they mulled it over and discussed it, then the 2nd girl said I'll just do her order on this register. She asked what I wanted so I order toasted white chocolate coffee hot. I assumed she rang it but I hadn't paid yet. As soon as I ordered she walked away as though she went to prepare my coffee order. Then another 3rd girl came to the register's and asked if I'd been helped and I replied "I'm not sure. She took my order and I think she's getting it. We both turned to the 2nd girl and she was then taking care of the drive thru window. Girl 3 and I looked at each other and shrugged. Then girl 3 looked on both registers and said she didn't see any orders for toasted white chocolate coffee hot so I ordered again with her and paid. I never saw girl 3 again and wondered who was making my coffee order. 7 or 8 minutes after I actually ordered with girl 3 I still have no coffee. I'm looking around like "did they forget, give it to someone at the drive thru? I don't know. Then girl 4 asked if I already ordered or if I was ready and I almost laughed but told her to ask the others because I really didn't know for sure about anything but paying. Then girl 4 picked up 3 cups one at a time to read what they were and said "if you ordered a toasted white chocolate here's one." I figured I best grab it and run while the gettin was good so I did. Unfortunately "the gettin" was the only thing that was good. The 1st sip wasn't too bad but after that it was so freakin sweet I couldn't gag it down. Like drinking syrup really. So I have a large toasted white chocolate coffe I waited over 15 minutes for and can't even drink it. The good news is the prices aren't bad and though not on their game all 4 girls were as sweet as my coffee and very nice. They just struggled with staying on task. So that's my experience. Take it for what you will. Not complaining. Not praising. Merely stating the facts. Thanks...
Read moreI usually go here when I visit my bf, and every time there is always something that’s screwed up. I tend to stay silent most times because I don’t want the constant complaints to come across as me trying to get free stuff. But the last time I went (a few days ago), I got bagel minis, and as I took a bite I happened to see this brown stuff in it. I don’t know nor care what it is, but that’s absolutely disgusting. I emailed customer service, and the GM of this store Paige, wrote a half asses apology saying if I go back and show the email, she’ll refund me. I feel as a GM you should show a bit more concern considering there’s an unknown substance in the food you’re serving. I tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt, but my order is almost always screwed up when I go here. Whether the coffee tasting weird, getting the wrong items, or the food not being up to par. Looking at how I’m not the only one that has an issue with this location, they might wanna reconsider who runs it since they don’t do a good enough...
Read moreI've been going to Dunkin nearly every week day of my life for many years now. That is, until today- when a volunteer fire fighter purchased nearly $200 worth of coffee to take to other volunteer fire fighters handling an emergency situation down the road and the Dunkin manager refused to apply the standard courtesy discount for first responders. Manager told him only way to receive a discount was by pre-ordering. (the order was already underway when manager disclosed this interesting caveat) Disappointed in you, Dunkin. This isn't the first time I've witnessed this specific location failing to care about their customers- but it's certainly the last. They've lost a loyal, lifelong customer. I'd rather drink the sludge from a nearby local convenience store to get my morning coffee fix, than give this Dunkin my patronage ever again. Thank you to the volunteer first responders who risk their lives for ours and do the "heavy lifting" when required. I value your contribution to our society, even if...
