Shaniya (at least that’s what the male bartender told us her name was) was very rude. We stood inside waiting to be served then thought maybe because of the crowd we weren’t being seen. We proceeded to walk outside to the bar window, we still didn’t get helped and someone else walked up inside and received service immediately. With the music being loud on the weekends, I tried to get the bartender’s (Shaniya) attention and she told me by trying to get her attention that wouldn’t get me served. She then told me I was being rude for trying to let her know that we haven’t been served and that she was currently serving the other person. My friend and I tried to explain to her that we weren’t trying to be rude and that there was no other way to get her attention besides trying to speak above the music. I never knew “Hey! Excuse me?” was rude. She told us she would not serve us and security was called on us. She then lied to management and stated we were being rude while another customer was standing beside us stating that we had waited for a while. Management then stepped in and provided us coupons to come back again for “a free drink.” Thanks to management for stepping in and helping get us served by the male bartender. (Shaniya’s husband/the...

Today was my first time and I have to say the tacos are tasty. I think our group of 3 sitting in her face at the bar and the 2 gentlemen who entered about 10 minutes after us overwhelmed the server (Camille) a bit. Though we placed our orders first, the other gentleman were definitely getting better service. So much so in fact, they actually received OUR items. After 30-35 minutes waiting on our order, the 2 gentleman received our 3 orders of pollo asada, and the 3 of us received 2 plates of tacos. To share, I guess, like the two orders of chips and salsa we received instead of the 3 that went to the table of just two people. Someone’s math isn’t matching up in this place. But, Less than 10 minutes after the mixup occurred new orders were sent out. One was supposed to be without the extra spice and sadly that request, though initially acknowledged, was not fulfilled. Too many questions and no need to really answer, honestly. I didn’t like the service we received and I’m just not going to return. Again, kudos to the...

Wow um okay... Rudest staff I've ever seen downtown. For people who work for their tips, they don't seem to want them. Literally waited about 15 minutes for my water. Waitress took 30 minutes from when we arrived to take our orders. As well, we got an app. of chips and queso which we thought might have come complimentary (like most taco/mexican eateries). The waitress came over and rudely pointed out that we were eating someone else's chips (as though it was our fault they were brought to the table) and then told us to stop eating it or continue and have to pay for it. We politely agreed to pay for it as we felt bad, but both highlighted that this was very unusual- to be charged for the restaurants mistake. The chicken I had was a bad cut, as I had multiple fatty chunks and cartilage in my taco(jerk chicken taco). The asian bbq taco was hard to eat and very messy. For these prices, I expect a friendlier environment and better...

Nice bar, surprisingly healthy and delicious food options! We had friends recommend to us and we're thankful after eating dinner here. I had the Baja Chicken Salad with sesame vinegarette dressing. My husband had the steak street tacos. We both enjoyed our food selections. Multiple tequila options. Was not feeling like a tequila night, but did try one of their specialty drinks, "Whiskey Tango Foxtrot" and it was very tasty. Made with ginger beer and some type of orange mix. Similar to a "Moscow mule".

This is a chill place with a great selection of tequilas and tacos. We stopped by mid afternoon and had a couple of margaritas and shots. They also have Don Julio 70 which is like some of the best sipping tequila ever! Def recommend stopping by to grab a taco or two with margaritas of course. Didnt catch the bartenders name but she was very helpful and friendly. Urban Cowgill November 2019
