Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Pensacola

This is the lowest rating I have ever left for a Chic-fil-A, as it is one of my favorite fast food restaraunts. Unfortunately, it wouldn't take my info to pay for my online order in their app so I had to go thru the drive thru to order and she was having a hard time doing my order because I was using a bunch of reward points along with a couple of regular meals so the manager finally came out to help her and show her that she had to place the order for my rewards and then tap the QR code on my phone. She was flustered tho from having so many difficulties with my order so didnt ask questions regarding what I did order that had minor custom requests that would have been easier to see had she been able to just take my order I already had completed on phone except for payment info that it wouldn't take. So when I get around to get my food I realize that there are mistakes made so instead of clarifying what I wanted they got it wrong again. I didn't get an apology or anything for the huge confusion or wrong order. This manager needs more training on how Chic-fil-A does great customer service so he can train his employees also. I was shocked at the service from this location and will give them one more chance before I decide to find the next closest location to go to in the future. This is only the 2nd time I have ever left a location without my complete order that i paid for and that was after they fixed part of it. Highly disappointing to get home and everyone not have dinner when it took me so long and so much wasted time explaining a simple order...

Yes I have a concern over Chick-fil-A you think you can just mistreat me you guys don't understand that I'm homeless can you all get mad at me can't do that to me even if I'm homeless or not you have no business to mistreat me no I can't even go there for Bible studies because can you understand how can I have my stroller there okay if you guys don't want me there I don't need anyone to give me Bible studies I can do it on my own y'all want to mistreat me anyways like I said I tried I am not getting rid of my Jey Uso shirt no I'm not not even rhea Ripley what did I do to deserve this just because I have a stroller is there supposed to be mean to me can you believe this that I'm on the bus stop I know the only place that will not kick me out is Publix they're the ones that are very special to me soon as I get my payment I'm going to get a small luggage with my backpack and then after that you guys cannot say nothing you guys are not allowing me to have a stroller I'm trying to alternate that so I will not be a shopping cart it is not a shopping cart I don't like it when people you guys mistreat me I done nothing wrong I swear that's why I'm going to stop going to church I used to have Bible studies there and now you're taking all my Christian friends away because you're not allowing me to have a stroller in there I wasn't even inside connect to where I was used to sit about all the sudden now you just want to say mistreat me what am I supposed to do now I'm going to keep staying here until you guys keep...

Our Teen loves it but doesn't have to pay. It's the holidays we decided to allow a few indulgences but this one meal was more than both of ours. I realize the food is fresh but so.is my home cooked. Ouch y'all So $24.00 to feed a 16 year old 30 piece chicken nugget (which he usually eats over two days This I can see maybe hit just under$16 But $6.75 what I believe is a less than two cup serving of macaroni and cheese. This I have a huge time with. I realize cheese cost more but not macaroni folks no way.

My sister makes this home made in huge casserole dish every holiday for all family get togethers. No way on this Earth she's spending mega dough and we all know she buys high end ingredients!! Uses 4 cheeses and does not use lightly plus cream. Come on. Oh how we know many have spent the night during the holidays at each others and watched as she was cooking. Offering to taste test. Cause "we love" her and her macaroni and cheese❤️ I mean it's so good what little leftovers there are we fight over!

We not talking velveta or Kraft people! They not in my house this child doesn't eat them lol

I hate that we just have to say no to here because it's just way out of this world! Maybe the prices will come down when people start saying No not at that price!
