I will never take my family back to this place, sadly it was for my birthday too. They used to have bottomless soup and salad for about $12.99, but they got rid of it. So the soup and side salad is $9.99, and the regular salad is $6.49 or $6.99, I do not recall. So that's what I ordered. For $17.00, I got two half full plates of salad and a bowl of soup. Not to mention, I hardly started eating my second salad, and they sang happy birthday as the cup of ice cream was half melted with chocolate on it. I was never asked about the ice cream, which I would have gotten with caramel. I do not like chocolate, and I hate melted ice cream. So, my wife ended up eating it.

At least when they used to go skimpy on the salad, I could have gotten a third.

As long as there is not a bottomless salad and soup option, I will never go back.

I do not need the chips that used to come with the bottomless option, and I am not asking to keep the price low for it. But the bottomless soup and salad was the only reason I used to go to chili's.

I would have taken pictures but I did not pay for this meal, my mother and father inlaw paid for it.

Absolutely terrible! We waited 15 min for our drinks (soda and water) and then another 15 to order. It took an hour for our food to come out for which one was incorrect and the other two plates were terrible (Cajun pasta) it tasted like creamy spoiled cheese sauce. We each took one bite and couldn’t finish it. 30 min had past and the correct meal had yet to come. We told the waitress to just cancel it. The manager brought out the correct one and said I heard you don’t want this anymore. And said okay I’ll take it off (which he didn’t) and then the waitress finally made an appearance and said would you like to go boxes and I said no we are ready for the bill it was not good at all which even the waitress at that time agreed it didn’t look normal. Manager took $20 off our tab and our waitress said your new total looks so much better huh and we said we had an order of wings and two soft drinks that we actually ate and somehow it’s still $67 because the manager never took everything off like he said. This really should be a quarter star. I placed an online order today with curbside pick up. The email I received said the order would be ready between 1:04pm and 1:09pm., I arrived at 1:12pm. Once someone came outside, 5 minutes after arriving, I was told they were working on one more item. 20 minutes later it became clear they had not started cooking my order until I arrived so I went into the restaurant to speak to the manager. I was told the manager was too busy to speak with me and was handed my order. Once in the car I checked my order and discovered half the order was missing and had to again go back inside. This location and the manager does not care about customer service, so beware.

Update: After receiving my entire order I drove straight home and opened up the containers, here is what I found. The brisket had been placed on top of the toast so the toast was soggy, the ribs were cold and dried out, and the loaded mash potatoes could be eaten with a straw. Definitely not a...
