My first time trying this restaurant 10/10🔥 any brunch spots y’all recommend in the Midwest? #vlog #contentcreator #AsiMarie #spendthedaywithme #influencer

So glad we decided to check this place out for brunch! Arrived at 10am on a Saturday and there was no wait, but the parking lot was pretty packed (plenty of parking in the back though). We saw people waiting to be seated closer to 11:00, they do have a waitlist option on their website. The ambiance was amazing. Very well lit, comfortable seating and cute decor. FYI, they have a DJ there (which I loved) so it can get a little loud, but I felt it added to the overall atmosphere. Despite how busy it was, the service was great. Our server was very attentive and made great recommendations. We split two flights of mimosas and sampled different flavors. Their lavender mimosa was by far the best mimosa I’ve ever had. And the food! I had the Tuscan omelette, which was delicious (the olive tapenade was chef’s kiss). My sister ordered the country fried steak skillet and really liked it. We also spilt an order of chicken fried bacon, which is a must-try. I had a serious case of FOMO watching the other tables get their food, everything looked so delicious (A+ for presentation). Easily the best brunch place I’ve been to in a long time. 10/10 recommend, will definitely be back.

Great food! This afternoon was our second experience here. Service was lackluster from the moment we were greeted by the hostess. We came probably an hour and a half prior to close and the serving staff seemed more interested in closing duties and side work than getting us fed and out the door. Felt unwelcome the whole time. Spent 10-12 minutes staring at each other before the server came out to ask if anyone grabbed our orders yet. Of course not, considering she was the only server I saw working the section we were sat in. Music went dead for awhile and we heard the girls shouting at each other in the kitchen, so I guess that’s where the priorities were. Club music awkwardly bumped back on after 10 minutes of no music. Last time we sat at the bar and we received better service there - that was also on a Sunday. Keep that in mind. They probably bring out their A game when they anticipate a crowd. No apologies or “sorry for your wait” either. Food is really good at least, shakshuka was 10/10.

We went here today for the first time It was magical. Honestly, the place was really nice and I didn't even expect it to be as beautiful as it was for a breakfast/lunch place. It was also pretty affordable, you find more expensive items but there are really affordable items as well, all depends on what you want. What really made our experience was our waiter Lionel J. Lionel seriously went above and beyond to make sure that we had an amazing experience. He was seriously so friendly, so nice. From the second we walked in, he really stood out and lit up a room with his infectious smile. He was so attentive, and he had plenty of other tables than ours and you could tell he really cared and valued all of his tables, he was constantly running around. His demeanor is what made this visit so nice. We got there a little after nine, ordered, waited and checked out, all within an hour. The food was so well made, and honestly our fam's new favorite breakfast place (too bad we live 3 hours away). Our son got smores pancakes and hashbrowns they were huge and tastes just like a smore. And hashbrowns which were perfectly crispy. My husband ordered cheesy tot breakfast burrito and it was huge and the best one he's ever had. Enough for leftovers. I got the birthday cake waffles and it was delicious and the fresh fruit really made it magical. Also no judgement from Lionel when I wanted kids cups so my toddlers had a souviener from here, because they were in school at the time. We also ordered the signature hot sauce, and got two to take home. They also have EDIBLE bubble gum flavored bubbles.. say what?! My husband loved his iced cinnamon toast latte! Lionel is really an asset to this business, he helped us when we needed recommendations. He was kind, helpful and really made our days! Thank you Egg Republic, and a special thank you...

This was my first and last time dining here as this was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. We had a reservation for a large party at 1pm and we were sat at 1:45. We had one person waiting on all of us at first and when he brought our drinks, he spilled them on my aunt who then had to deal with this terrible lunch in a wet dress. We then had two people waiting on us and they brought out two free appetizers which we tried to share with all 14 of us but, y'know. The appetizer plates they gave us were dirty with crumbs and melted cheese stuck to them so I used a napkin to try the free chicken fried bacon (it was okay). We then, finally, got our food and remaining drinks and I got the pecan French toast. I had to borrow someone else's syrup because of course I was not given any. At this point I fully understood that decent service was not something I should expect here. Near the end of our meal one of our party had to get one of the waiters who then grabbed the other waiter to let them know they didn't include beans and rice in her dish. The second waiter explained that it usually comes on the side and asked if she wanted the rice and beans. Yes, I think she would very much like the rest of the food she ordered to be brought out. The food was not good enough for all of this chaos, in fact, one of us sent food back and ordered something to go.

I really couldn't believe how bad this experience was. My family and I will never...

Welcoming staff with upscale new and clean vibe. Staff were all smiling and happy! We went around 11am on a Saturday… very busy place. We were seated at a very small cocktail style 2-top table. Comfy chairs, but too small of a table. Others near us had 2 persons at a 4-top table. Lots more room! Our area was a larger section right outside restrooms & it was full; the overall sound is super loud. Not sure if it was just the loud music or all the people having to speak so loud to each other that increased the room noise. There was a line for the women’s restroom, only 2 stalls for women. Took about 15 mins for waters and coffee to arrive after receiving menus and placing beverage order. Waters could have had ice in them. Coffee was piping hot and delish. Server was informative and he was very attentive. Food was good… LARGE omelets & we couldn’t finish our breakfast! My pancakes did get exchanged quickly as they were cold. Served with whipped butter and syrup. Next ones were lukewarm. If syrup was heated that would help! They were VERY light & tasty tho! We ordered a side of bacon. Liked the smoky flavor, but it tasted like old bacon, not ‘crisp’ as requested…was almost like a jerky. We didn’t eat it. It was VERY cold in the restaurant. Funny because I usually prefer it on the cooler side, but I was absolutely freezing. Good place overall, nice addition to Peoria! We would def return … and will bring a hoodie or...
