Two separate occasions...
1st visit was a walk-in pick up via the app: walked in and didn't see any coffee on the designated to-go counter so I had a seat thinking it just wasn't ready yet. When I saw the employees no longer making a drink I thought something went awry so I had asked if they received a mobile order. They said they didn't and didn't have any drinks waiting, but I'm looking right at my drink I now see sitting on the counter out of the way. I asked if that was it and that's when it was just handed to me I went there a second time but not right away assuming that experience was a one-off and ordered pick up via drive-thru. I got to the speaker and they said there's no mobile order and gaslit me about it. I pulled to a parking spot and questioned my own makings in the app, confirmed the order was placed at the correct location roughly 10 minutes before I arrived. I had to walk in with my phone to defend myself and get my coffee and it was just sitting under the counter where it shouldn't of been.
I see I'm not the only person being told I don't have an order placed when there definitely is one and these weren't during busy times. I don't like dealing with people either depending on the situation, so my suggestion would be to get a different job away from customer service instead of hiding coffees, gaslighting customers like they mistakenly placed an order in some kind of alternate reality. They don't use the to-go counter for pick-ups and keep your coffees in really weird spots like how am I supposed to know who and what's happened to it. Had to wait nearly 10 minutes for my hot chai latte. Three other people came and received their orders immediately after me. Coffee was made immediately for them and they were sitting before I even got my latte.
And no, they were not short staffed. About four people at the drive through window and three more working the "lobby".
My latte came and it felt like the cup was half full and it literally just tasted like steamed milk.

I went into the building showed my code and then they said “oh yeah well we got it just before you pulled around.” When i placed it way earlier? The thin young lady with blonde hair was sooo rude about it and when i said its okay and was overly nice and said thank you once getting my food she rolled her eyes and walked away.
