Wendy's — Restaurant in Perris

Food was pretty good. I had a Baconator, fries and drink. Kids got the Krabby Patty meal. About that; nothing special about the burger. The only difference in any way about the entire meal deal is the pineapple frosty; which was mid. The classic chocolate is much better, imo. The service was good. And food was ready fast. Inside the restaurant, there was a lot of tables and seats open, unfortunately tables were all dirty with crumbs or trash on each one. I ended up just wiping the table down myself. The other thing - not about the restaurant specifically, cause I know it’s not their fault - but the atmosphere at the location is pretty sketchy. In the short time I was there, I encountered a shady looking guy (appeared to be homeless) and he was begging me for money. Then across the parking lot (near the large water pipes) there was another guy with his shirt off, lots of tattoos (who also appeared to be homeless; and maybe even higher than a kite on drugs); because this dude was kicking a trash bag near him, throwing punches in the air, appeared as if he was talking to himself, and just a general upset appearance. Don’t know if Wendy’s can do anything regarding any of that; but just putting it out there for peoples situational awareness that these things exist at this location of Wendy’s. But anyways, food and service was good. This visit was a 3 for cleanliness and the homeless bro’s ruining the overall atmosphere, safety and security of the dining experience. I would eat here again, but maybe take it...

This location has lost our business. We here three to four times a week. And the experience we had yesterday has proven to be the worst experience we have ever had at a restaurant. We waited in the Drive-Thru for nearly 10 minutes at the box waiting to give our order when we were the only ones in the Drive-Thru. When the girl on the other end of the box couldn't understand what my wife was saying. My wife said to her "well maybe I should come inside then" and with a great deal of attitude the girl said "yeah why don't you do that". Then my wife went inside and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes before the order was taken when nobody was there. All the people in the back were just laughing it up joking with each other and doing nothing that had anything to do with helping a customer. The people on the cook side that were assembling the food were so slow but by the time my wife got the food it was cold. This store has the worst associates. The worst service. And you've lost my business there is absolutely no reason for a bunch of young kids yucking it up in the back and not taking care of the customers very dissatisfied and very disappointed. My wife has never been talked to by anyone like these people talk to her. Very rude very disrespectful. And in my book very disgusting. This is not what I expect from a...

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

The food was horrible when I went a couple of months ago and maybe now I know why.

My Sister went with her Family today and ordered a Salad with no Bleu Cheese. Her husband had opened the Salad and ate a bite when he noticed it was wrong and they returned it OPEN to the manager to get the right order when out of nowhere another worker just came by closed the Salad and handed it over to a Customer in the drive thru. She also noticed that two workers had dropped a piece of chicken were laughing about it and were about to put it in her new salad. They stopped when they saw her looking at them. Who knows what else happens in that place or who else they gave that chicken to. She was going to complain but the manager was involved in the acts.

Allowing those nasty unethical things to happen. We will be filling a corporate complaint. You need to have workers that actually follow food/health regulations....
