Starbucks — Restaurant in Perrysburg

It is hard to rate franchise when incident like mine happen.

I ordered Dragon-fruit drink today, it listed as $4.35 on their promotional wall paper. Cashier charged me $4.95. I ask her why I got charged more when it is advertised for less on the promotional wallpaper?

My cashier was friendly, but she does not seems to be curious and find out why. She said simply, may be we changed the price?? I am not content which such irresponsible answer.

May be you should change the promotional wallpaper?

None of other staffs seems to be curious or care to offer a solution.

Solid (as expected) Starbucks coffee with friendly service. The inside decor is a little more minimal than most locations, but still a good amount of room for seating. Would like to have seen them add a wood accent wall or some sort of additional decorative feature(s) to make the inside feel more high end and less generic for a Starbucks. The service bar is very deep which makes the serving process a little cumbersome for the staff and customers. Other than the decor and serving bar suggestions, this is a nice coffee shop to hang out and...

I have to say they earned the 5 stars today. I have been getting coffee here for several months now through the mobile order app on my way into overnight shifts. Last night I put through an order prior to realizing they had the 25 exit in Perrysburg shut down. When I did realize I wouldn't be able to make it because of the construction and still be to work on time I called them and they offered to "save" the order until next time I could come in. I called tonight and they had everything saved and ready for me when I got there....
