Taco Bell — Restaurant in Perrysburg

This taco Bell has THE BEST employees. It is my birthday and my mother stopped by for dinner. She told them I could have a complicated order (chunk chicken instead of shredded) because it was my birthday jokingly. They absolutely made my day by writing happy birthday on my food, giving me a free nacho and giving me cinnamon twists. They are always so nice and funny. They make fast food service actually look fun. They actually care about their jobs, and act as if they have knowm you forever. I always take my friends to this taco Bell because of the great service and the great people. You feel welcomed with open arms every time you walk...

I'd put a 0 star if I could. The girl working the register messed up 3 orders in a row and acted like she didnt even care. Her and the other girl working the drive-thru were more worried about writing messages to each other with sauce packets than taking the correct order. A guy working came to the register and told her she has make sure shes putting the orders in correctly so they dont keep making the wrong orders, while the manager just stood there with a dumbfounded look on her face and the other just shrugged her shoulders. The drive-thru girl was just singing and dancing around like she wasnt even at work. Very...

Well, I made a big dumb dumb error ordering on the app tonight and they didn’t even HESITATE to offer to fix it! I felt so inept and they graciously corrected the errors I made at their expense! Above and beyond in regard to helpfulness and just being decent. They’re pleasant. The food is better than other Taco Bells (and I don’t use fast food often). My father in law was happy with his picky order and I just want to say THANK YOU! He’s in a physical rehab facility and Taco Bell is the highlight of his day/night. They just…made my mistake a non issue and I’m impressed with the way they deal with people in general....
