Waffle House — Restaurant in Perrysburg

Weekdays food is amazing coffee is great weekends the hashbrowns always taste like onions waited for my to go order to be completely done before trying to make my coffee then found out she had to make a pot and instead of giving me a fresh cup she literally filled half the cup with the old coffee and then took from the freshly brewing coffee and topped off the cup which made it bitter strong and threw it out my I ordered 2 eggs over medium and got one the other one was broken and dried out definitely would have taken everything back if I wasn't already on the turn pike so I paid 14.57 for 3 slices of beacon one egg and 4 peices of toast so definitely gonna have to make another stop for coffee and food because what I was able to eat just wasn't enough since I had to throw away over half of my food again weekday crew is awesome love them weekend morning people need retrained because it's just nasty all the way from the...

One star- HA! Absolutely the worse restaurant experience! Gave drink order to 3 different people and still had to ask for our drinks! Large tomato juice ordered and when drinks finally came, we had 1/2 of a small glass!! Ordered 2 All Americans with scrambled, bacon, hash browns. Waffles brought but nothing else. One order of ham brought later which wasn't ours. Another waitress asked what our order was since our waitress walked out!! We were then brought someone else's order! Repeated order again!! Finally received our order which did not have the correct bread ordered! Told they would bring more coffee,, but guess what - had to ask again for that! We could hear apologies to many other customers. Guess they have a lot of practice! Our missing waitress had enough nerve to come back to our table and say she would bring our check!!! Ordered food and couldn't pick it up because they had the door locked at 6:00 pm and would not answer their phone. They had customers inside operating the door lock -- one girl sitting by the door was locking it and unlocking it for people. It was the most ridiculous thing I've ever encountered. I'm sure the owner would be thrilled to know tons of customers were prevented from entering the building or picking up their food -- at least four parties of customers came and left in the ten minutes I was there trying to call them to get my order and they were as confused as me (the sign said there was a wait yet the doors were locked. . . people leaving could not get out and there was some sort of buddy system wherein certain customer were guarding the door and locking it after people left -- it was...
