Burger King — Restaurant in Perrysburg

Food was burnt. When I told a lady who was working around me about the root beer being broken she tried theborher oneband said "oh we must be out. I've never had that happen before." You would of thought she would have refilled it but nope she just continued to whipe stuff down and tables that were already clean. Personally I think shebwas just lazy about it and wanted to push it off on the night or morning crew because she even said to another employee she was off in an hour. Also, I must add employees working the counter and in the back making food need to watch what they are talking about talking and joking about calling corporate on someone for sexual harassment is one not funny by any means and not something to joke about nor is is okay to talk to all of the employees about ypur sex life and in quotation "I'm going to give you sh** now for sleeping with him. I can't believe you slept with him...you did what on his mother's bed." I personally feel bad for who ever Brad is for the stuff they were saying to him. I will not be coming back here. Horrible experience lately. Been kind and understanding and everytime it just rude staff. We purchased two milkshake and and ice cream cone. Barely any ice cream on the cone less then you would expect. Then one of the two milk shakes were completely melted and had the consistency of chocolate milk that was a little thick. I asked the employee if they remake it because it had melted by the time it was handed and he said no they can't that's how they come I then showed him that one milk shake stays in place when tilted and one is ready to spill. He said I don't know what to tell you they come like that. So either he was implying I was dumb and it was to hard to make a new milkshake. But they have been rude we've gotten 3 milk shakes because my wife is pregnant and I wanted to surprise her at home with a shake. As she has bought one her 3 times and the 2nd time we had to try 3 different days because their machine was down after we bought online. I am tired of this place being rude and not caring. Please go anywhere else management is obviously the reasoning for these employees who have treated all my food request poorly. 90% of the time I say have a great day or anything it's bland and...

Horrible service. I understand this is a fast food restaurant so we were not expecting 5 star service. Traveling late and saw a restaurant right off the exit. Took them a while to come to the window after we ordered which was fine, we could see them working on our order and assumed the wait meant our food would be fresh. Handed us the bag and told us to have a good night but never asked for payment. I had to tell her we hadn't paid and ask for my drink. She did not put the lid on my drink correctly, which caused me to spill it all over my car. No napkins in our bag so I had to sit at the window and wait for her to notice me to ask for some. She then tried to give me a free large soda to make up for the one that spilled, which I refused because without even taking it from her, I could clearly see the lid was not on all the way. She then asked me to pull out of the way so she could get to the car behind me. After all that our food was cold and obviously not fresh. Shouldn't have told her we hadn't paid because now I wish I hadn't just been passing by so I could have gone back to get...
