Arby's — Restaurant in Peru

So disappointed. I was so hungry and I specified we wanted 3 traditional gyros and a 4th traditional gyro with only meat and only seasoning. Had to drive all the way home before being able to eat (which is like 45 minutes) and now I don't get to eat because mine has sauce slathered all over it and I absolutely hate the sauce which is why I ordered only meat and seasoning. I was really looking forward to having my lunch when I got home and now I go without because people can't follow simple instructions. What am I suppose to do? Drive all the freaking way back to complain and get a new sandwhich? Wasted my time and my money. Thanks a lot for taking my money. By the way, I don't usually complain, but when the only way of grabbing a quick meal is to sit in a drive through and pray they don't mess up your order that was explained clearly, then ues, I'm gonna be irritated because you obviously got my money and I get...

As a truck driver I eat at Arby's at least 4 times a week. I am in LA Salle every weekend, but I usually go to the 4 star restaurant, yesterday I decided that I needed my Arby's fix. I went from my hotel to Arby's ordered my 2 Ruben sandwiches and a large crinkle fry. First off it took 35 minutes to get my food, second my hotel was right across the street and when I got to my room everything was ice cold. Only one of my sandwiches was a Ruben the other was turkey. There was NO sauce or sauerkraut on either sandwiche. They were both ice cold. So I threw them in the trash and ordered pizza. I was very disappointed because I love Arby's food. And the young people that were working in this store just didn't care. While waiting the 35 minutes for my food I watched 4 people bring their food back to the counter. Needless to say I will never patronize this Arby's...

I had written a review a few days ago and it was taken down…. This location has changed drastically and is no longer a good restaurant to go to. First .. they no longer have the potato cakes.. curly fries were recooked and very hard that would crush into pieces. Other food was not up to par and definitely not worth the price we paid. Restaurant tables and floor needed some cleaning. Only a few tables were occupied and they did have enough staff to keep up with the cleaning. My reply from the first review was such a long website that I wished it was something shorter.. most likely a dummy website. The restaurants are wondering why people aren’t going out to restaurants as much… they need to look at how they are making the food and stop giving people below...
