So for my personal experience, this pizzaria did NOT live up to its hype. PROS: The Staff is very friendly, attentive. the restaurant is clean, and well maintained. Plenty of exterior parking. You can purchase alcohol CONS: Had no idea how it worked when we got in. No signs telling you to seat yourself or order 1st??? People were sitting in the front tables it looked like they were waiting for pizza (they were). Order, pay, sit. FOOD - Split Opinions in from our party of 3. The Salad - ordered a whole salad for a 3 way (adult) split. Do note the first word in the description is lettuce & but good luck finding lettuce in this bowl. Each of us in the dining party said the same thing. Being honest, it was like a stick of pepperoni & a bag of cheese & with a cup of chopped peppers threw up on the salad and lettuce was pretty much nonexistent. Disappointed. Pizza - We opted for 12 cut, 16". 1/2 cheese, 1/2 bacon and pepperoni. Generous pizza, with a very light, flaky crust, cooked perfectly. The CRUST IMO was the best part of the pizza. Beyond that, the sauce is way too SWEET, (and I am comparing this to a North Hills pizza place in Wexford with a perfectly balanced sauce fyi) Maybe I should have gotten a veggie pizza without sauce ? There were leftovers. After 1 piece I was left wondering why all the hype? Drove 38+ minutes for sub par pizza & a no lettuce in the salad. Would not go back. We have heard that we should have gone to the other location? Not sure that would make a difference. See photos. This was a Saturday night visit.

Updated pizza review.. here goes: (These are all based on a scale of 1-5, with 1 being the worst and 5 the best.) Thickness of the dough: 4 Crust thickness: 3 a little too thick Toppings ratio: 1- way too much pepperoni Crispiness: 3 Flavor: 3 (my husband thought the sauce was sweet) Price: 5 Size: 5 Crust overall: 3 Freshness:5 This came out fast. Pepperoni under the cheese. I didn’t care for the flavor of the pepperoni at all. And they use a ton of it. It has a very strong after taste. Not a fan. The sauce ended a little too far away from the crust, i thought. Not my favorite pizza. Now let’s talk cheese sticks -they were delicious! The sauce they used for that was amazing! Very cheesy, i could really taste the Parmesan in the marinara. Perfectly cooked cheese logs! Staff was helpful and friendly. And they also get a bonus point for carrying as schwepps ginger ale!!

Really good pizza. One of the best in Pittsburgh... Thin crust cooked on the bottom (not crunchy) chewy, bready but thin throughout. Cheese was chewy as it should be, and was stretchy when screaming hot (like, when its too hot to eat). Toppings were good, not as plentiful as other Pittsburgh shops. Mushrooms looked fresh not canned, that's good for me. Black olives were typical. The reason for 4, not 5, stars (which means worldly excellent, to me)... the sauce is sweet, too sweet for me, but not neatly as sweet as Detroit (ew) pizza. Just a bit less sugar in the sauce would be my improvement if I got a vote. Spendy... small 10in pizza, w 2 toppings, $18. The distance and maybe price will hold me back from going again. We could use good pizza at I576 x I376, or at I576 x 22/30.

Ordered Take-Out 10-12-2022 about 7:45pm I've eaten at Fiori's on Capital Ave (right off West Liberty). This place was highly recommended by a friend, I was going to order hoagies from MmMm and was talked into Fiori's in McMurray. I ordered 3 items, a whole meatball hoagie, a whole Italian hoagie and a large plate of spaghetti with 3 meatballs ($3 per meatball). Going into the place there were quite a few people (generally a good sign) . The 3 of us tried each item and had the same opinion of each. Let's start with the really bad. The Spaghetti was horrible, specifically the meatballs, they were so bad that we tossed them in the garbage. We did taste each of the 3 to make sure they were all equally bad, they were and at $17 it made me sick.

Meatball Hoagie - The thought right away was this is going to be just as bad. I think the sauce, cheese and rubbery bun masked the flavor of the meatballs. I believe the meatball hoagie was $12.50, a terrible value. I would rate this hoagie below average

Italian hoagie was quite good, actually delicious.

Bottom line, $42.88 for 2 Hoagies and 1 Plate of spaghetti with 3 meatballs should have all tasted excellent, only the Italian hoagie tasted good.

I might try their pizza someday, for now, it's not worth it. I debated a 1 star, technically should be about a 1.75...

Can I give lower then 1 star? I am absolutely appalled with the business practice here. I have ordered a few things since they opened and every time I order they always screw it up. The past few times I have ordered a calzone which is very good unfortunately they always screw up and put mushrooms and onions on it even after I request them to be removed and the person taking the order repeats it back to me. The last time I had enough and called after slicing into the calzone and finding it filled with mushrooms and onions. They informed me that would keep my information and next time I ordered they would comp me the free calzone since it was a mistake. Last night 8/10 I placed an order and informed the person on the phone that I was told this one was free. She stated she would look up the information and that I could pick up in 35 mins. I show up and am handed the Calzone and informed that it is $14.05 I stated that they comp'ed me a Calzone for screwing up last time. She then pulls out an old school composition book and states my information is not in there. I informed them that I did not want the Calzone stated I would be blasting them on Social Media and left. How rude...Sorry Fioris you have lost my business and I will not recommend you to anyone! GREAT...
